Good phone indeed.But there is no slots for memory card and 4 GB internal memory is just available.So i dont like this phone.

i wanna buy a sony xperia phone.but i'm totally confused about sony xperia sola & xperia go that which one is better??can anyone plz suggest me which set has better camera & video quality,,i'm totally confused about screen resoulation.....which one should i go for????

Awesome phn best budget phone in the range of 15000 no problem has occurred while using this phone If u have a budget go for Xperia U

I have xperia U from last days, it was working very fast until i updated it to icecream sandwich, now all applications are taking a lot of time to open, and its very slow now, beware

Can I simply use a USB hub instead of USB OTG cable , just connect the phone original usb cable to one port of the hub and the usb device to another
And if it will work , can I connect the USB end of the hub to the charger while using another usb device
sorry , but USB OTG cable is not available at my area , and also I am hoping to use more than one usb devic

By the way i would notice that the lag and issues mostly are from the user so be careful

This is without any doubt one of the great and lower cost segment phone from line of 3 NXT series Xperia phones. Everything great that all we need today - 1Ghz DUAL core processor, 512mb RAM, 5 MP camera with LED image stabilizer smile detection panorama, 1.3 MP front camera for conference/chat Face-detection, 2 days battery backup even after data usage and calls, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio, etc. Only DRAWBACK (doesn't bother if one is not interested in keeping videos) is 4GB non-expandable memory. ICS works only slightly slower than GB (just keep your phone cache clear)

L, 22 Oct 2012After I updated my xperia U into ICS, it became lag and som... moreAbout the lag, try disabling effects. You can do this by going to Settings > Developer Options. Under User Interface change the settings of Window Animation Scale and Transition Animation Scale to Animation is off.
Also try to remove unneeded widgets. Uninstall unneeded apps.
About the applications that fail to start, try reinstalling them.
