In the specs page it says 4 GB user accessible but in the review it says 6 GB... what is the actual user available storage?

Also what you get in the box, such as micro-SIM adapter, ear bud style headset, range of colour caps etc. I'd not get stressed over a couple of % different battery capacity, there are far more significant factors than that in battery life - see previous postings on the matter.

Am user of xperia u al d functions n performance r awesone, my btry model is 1290 mah but specification says 1320 mah y dis mismatch, wen I charge fully it backups max to 5-6 hrs wit minimal usage but many r getting backup for more than 1 and 1and half to 2day bt y not me, is dis problem wid btry model r wat can any1 plz reply n help me out thanks a lot 4 reply waiting 4 soon reply....

- hardware is very good and robost
- screen is just amazing
- sound quality in headphones is just great
- free memory RAM after running most of pop apps is about 80 mb
- internal memory is 2 gb, so no worries about that
- Battery life is very good, depends on your carrier signal, I am using mobile internet always with EDGE connection and it saves a lot of power
- No LAGS, trust me in that!

Anonymous, 20 Sep 2012i've seen xperia 2011 range , and xperia u with single core... moreWell all the specs mean little if the developers don't make the games work on sony devices. My old sgs runs all hd games ive played from playstore. I think the only large games I havent played is back stab, spiderman....and I expect those would work. Something is up with developers.....loads of sgs2 users all found that when they upgraded to ICS then real racing stopped working. It seems like a gamble what phones will be supported. I thought ics was uniting tablet and phone gaming....guess not. Loads of XU cant get games working...and other high end sonys. I think the developers support the most popular tablet /phone of the moment.

so we can store music,video and movie on it
can box do like sd card do,an eg :
can we watch video offline using apps like mxvideo?
can we play music offline using its music player?

It is showing the Ram as only 290MB. Any specific reason?
And one more issue i faced is, battery is poor... i am forced to charge it twice in a day

It ... morei've seen xperia 2011 range , and xperia u with single core mali 400gpu and dual corre cpu ( sgs2 is quad core gpu and dual core cpu so far better of course and that is why higher priced) in 2011 range 1st in cpu performance is the arc s followed by live with walkman which beats the whole xperia 2011 even with original arc except arc s in gpu performance the best and the best and the best are the sony ericsson live with walkman and xperia active ! and xperia u has a very similar gpu performance in benchmarks only a bit higher !

It certainly isnt no defect as it peforms better than all other 2011 series apart from arc s! You see removing bravia improves battery which is another reason live is cheap- because it dont need big battery! Mate....you talk out donkeys a**e
