I really like the design and the display light. But the speaker sound itz sucks. Then the Camera only 5MP!!! Sony plz can you upgrade the sound and the camera to 8MP or HD. Thank You

further more every sony mobile i owned had good quality loudspeaker so my expectations are high.

I'm confused ... is internal storage xperia of u is 8gb or 4 gb ..... and can be used 8gb memory or 4GB can anyone help me ....

If your thinking of buying an Android device thats not too pricey but offers good build quality and high-end specifications at half the price then get the Xperia U!
Its fast, wont have a problem having every recent HD/HQ game thrown at it, excellent PPI and screen resolution, slim and appealing design. What more can you ask for from a phone that quite easily competes with the big-timers at the top of the spec table.
Only niggle? The screen is too thin! Cant help to think everything I do is dwarfed by the small screen size and gets annoying when your stuck right it on your fave games.
Apart from that, who needs the seven wonders of the world that Samsung promises from its 'godly' Galaxy range when I can have simular components and build quality at a fraction of the media hype / price!
9.8/10. Dont mock until you've held it in your hand!

im using this phone for the whole day, installed a lot of application, playing games while running different apps, so far i dont have any problem in it. the battery of it will not last for the reason, that if you keep using it guys it will drain your batt. try not to use the phone just for sending sms only..
comment no HDMI. but its okey.. im satisfied.

Those who have boug... moreI just bought Xperia U, it is really Good, only one thing I worry about is the memory, for the loud speaker, it is really fine and everything else is ok. for the bettery it is ok, but for a dual core it is really good. really waiting for ICS.

stop complaining about something so negligible...
the speaker are ok. they arnt the loudest, but they do go loud enough. if u want a phone with loud speakers go buy a walkman phone. this phone wasnt meant to be a loudspeaker. i know it is a bit softer then u would want but it still is fine.

sony has specified 8gb internal memory and out of which 4gb can be used for media files , pics etc...i want to know that can we use this 4gb memory for apps too.?? eg if my 2gb apps memory allotted for apps is full at that time is it possible to use the remaining 4gb which is for personal use..

shit phone dont buy, loudspeaker sucks. the bigeest spoiler. cant here my own ring tone which resulted in dropping a lot of phone calls. people with same experience come forward. i am frm india
