Anonymous, 06 Jun 2016Why would anyone buy this phone instead of a redmi note 3? ... moreBecause Sony is quality while Xiaomi is cheap crap. Have you ever even think why they have same specs but different prices? It's because low cost always have a catch. In case of Xiaomi, it is low quality.

Sonys selling point to me is their big outstanding batter over 3000mah but recently it's beginning to be much smaller. smaller should maintain their pervious battery specifications if not we will use other products like the redmi note 3.im a proud user of the xperia z2. And the battery life is amazing

Why would anyone buy this phone instead of a redmi note 3? Same specs for 1/3 the price, and a bigger battery.
Sony is such a ripoff.

Sony Xperia X Suffers From Overheating Issues.Just like the Xperia Z3+, the new handset also suffers from overheating. This time, we're not talking about the popular Snapdragon 810, but the Snapdragon 650 SoC. The handset overheated shortly after the camera app is opened.

AnonD-145833, 04 Jun 2016Battery is the problem with all modern technology. I don't ... moreI don't agree it is 2016 and called a smartphone,,how can any of these devices be smart if you have to compromise every time, every year? We should be able to have screens on full brightness, enjoy all things being on else it is a dumb phone if you have to switch things off.
What is point if you have to compromise by switching things OFF that is non smart and just really annoys me that this happens. Cannot rant anymore causing too much stress but this applies to every company but Sony are pretty good in battery department.

AnonD-481725, 05 Jun 2016Did someone noticed something stupid in this video?? First ... moreSony phones are reporting overheating very early, but that is not a mistake. It's most likely a result of used electronics. Different phones tolerate high temperatures differently. It might be so, that Sony chips are dying at 40*C, while alternatives (like Samsung) are working fine at much higher temperatures, so the phone won't report overheating, won't stop any apps and won't turn off.
You might want to read a bit about differences in large CPUs made by Intel and AMD. The approach is different, so while AMD processors are already struggling at 50*C, Intel chips are still fine at 70*C. That's exactly while Intel dominated the ultrabook market (small form factor, passive cooling etc).
