Look at xp's metal back. Its simple plain flat rectangle. I think i can make something like that, I dont even need to go to my uncle garage. I only need scissor, ruler and drill. It wont be super precise, but it will works.
While to make metal chassis is far more complicated and difficult.

I am pretty sure both X and X performance have 4k recording since the chipsets support this.
Are you people mad to think Sony would release a midrange series with no 4k?
This could be an overlap of midrange and high-end.

sony 3 gb ram work twice better then samsung 4 gb,check out on the youtube,xperia z5 premium vs note 5
sd 820 is by far the best chipset now,on the paper its not the most powerfull,but just look at the benchmarks
no 4k recording its problem,and its to thick,but that phone isnt sony flagship,sonys flagship is still the z5 premium

Moreover: 4K has advantage in large display up to 55 or 65 inches display
For 5 inches smartphone display "funny:)" it is only for sucking battery and making heat
4g RAM is another battery sucker
For FM radio you can buy ANY Z lineups
If you arecraze with 4K: You can happily BUY Z5 PREMIUM with 4K Display and 4K vido recording and Octa core 810chipset with cool pipe techs... (snapdragon 820 is quad core)

Sony is not making OLED Desplay for mobile coz sony mobiles already are too pricey.If includes OLED then will be more pricey

Sony is not including its best camera technology ie OIS,Xenon Flash in mobile coz who will buy their Camera product. Sony is not including its Walkman music player with Amp. Ciz who will buy their Walkman products

I must say I still love the phone and all its features, its upsides still outweigh its downsides in my opinion and every phone manufacturer has some form of shortcomings so its up to the customer whether to accept those or not. I don't also believe that you want to "save" anyone from the perils of buying the phone, you're not even their father or something.
