When you plug it to... moreI want to inform you that sony smartphones has a overheat security to drop the charging speed of the smartphone whenever it becomes hoter from inside to protect your smartphone from getting damaged, so if the charging speed dropped down and the input current was less than the output then the battery will drop instead of being charged.

This Phone does have a BATTERY PROBLEM. When you plug it to charge and at the same time you play a game or watch some videos on youtube the battery does NOT CHARGE. Even worse it slowly goes down. It does charge when you do nothing and the battery survives a day but still it's NOT OK that it does not charge while using it.

XA1 Ultra is good loud.
HTC you have to specify the models, some only have mediocre loudness.

Recently switched from HTC. All in all pretty good phone and decent battery life despite the LCD size. I've noticed the speakers aren't very load though.

Jom Krilk, 17 Jun 2017I had bought xa ultra for my wife last,it was a good phone.... moreBattery isn't any issue with Sony xperia xa1 ultra.if u c the numbers it looks very small considering the screen size ,display and cpu but that's not the case Sony believe me it would easily last for more than a day with moderate to heavy usage on a single charge so do not regret.... its a good a fone.

I think they shouldn't have made two versions 32 and 64, obviously the stores are going to get the 32gb version, and the 64gb version will be nowhere in sight... And everyone is going to be grumpy. France has the XA1 Ultra released before the US, but still it's the 32gb version, and US has theirs on wait-list-notification when ready. Just jump the gun and make only the 64gb version, the entire market would have been happy.

Guy's have you experienced using a powerbank while watching youtube videos or playing games instead of recharging the phone, it always drop and drain, i used both wall charger included and the said powerbank on thus phone
