a product with engineering failure: i went to warranty 4 times due to same screen problem. Screen is not durable enough for normal daily use, especially at contact points with the frame upper right, after every 2-3 months there is gap on upper right corner which leads to yellowish ring on the screen. Sony does not admit it is engineering failure but still replace the screen every time. However, i am out of patient with Sony terrible warranty service. Sony is going HTC's way. Never again.

Had a black one before, the screen has problems, I sent it back and they replaced it. During the process I bought the Gold one, no problems. It has been 3 months now. I hope this phone lasts as it has most of the feature I need. However, I admit that Sony quality is declining a bit.

I have mine for 4 months and I am sitting with a bulge on the right side of the back cover and screen is lifting away from the casing battery getting extremely hot service provider refuse to fix or replace it under warranty. I am very disappointed.

Am planned to buy Xperia xa1 ultra. My biggest doubt is when am using net, Do the fone gets heat and automatically shutting down. Bcoz I had this issue with my Xperia z. So please give a clear idea. Can I buy xperia xa1 ultra

Best cell phone I've EVER had. Besides not being water resist/ proof, or not 4k, everything on it is perfect.The camera is effing insane. I recently upgraded to 8.0 oreo and this cell phone is amazing. Ive had it about 8 months and now that its updated and I have 64gb internal with a 128gb sd card, i wont need a new one for a long time, and its half the price of a new samsung s model.

I bought the sony xperia xa1 ultra today, it was on 47% battery, i used up the battery and now i am charging it, please advise, how long do i have to charge the phone for? Do i remove it from the charger once its on 100% oh do i have to charge it for for 12 hours or so? Please help

the charging port acts up after just 6 months of owning it. when you finally get to charge the thing, the percentage goes down when you're using it while charging.
