I can't possibly know that and I accept that some users may not have this issue. Do you accept that the images on the Sony forum display unacceptable levels of wavy distortion?
It is NOT normal for a wide angle lens to display wavy distortion of this kind. It's caused either by a fault in the manufacturing of the optics, or by a bug in the post processing software. Try the experiment for yourself. Take a picture of some grid paper and see if the lines are wavy. This was also an issue on the S7 and Samsung released a software update that patched the issue. The problem is that Sony are refusing to even acknowledge the problem when it is clear that SOME customers are facing this problem.
Again, just because you can't see the issue or have not tested for it does NOT mean it doesn't exist.
Trust me, I would really love to be wrong about this because the phone is otherwise amazing.

I'm using this phone for 1 month, and overall XZP is outstanding.. Screen, camera, software and build quality is superb.. But battery life and speaker could be better.. For me, XZP is totally worth for RM3099 (around USD688) in Malaysia.. No regret at all. Good job Sony!

There is no "wavy-like" pictures or what, only some packages have that issue and not all like seriously, look at mine have no problems at all and I have no idea why he is so serious about this matter when it is normal for wide angled lens

Here is the thread on the Sony forums. In that thread you will find many examples of the wavy distortion this camera produces. If you can objectively look at those images and see nothing wrong then you're either blind, lying or just wilfully ignorant. It's patently obvious.

Most of the wider angle camera must have slightly distortion on the frame edge but it wouldn't affect the whole picture taken. Example, you take group selfie, the image captured people stand near the frame edge will show little bit bigger face and fatter, will you mind it? If yes than you can not use any selfie photography, don't tell me you don't take any selfie in your whole life. When you capture a blueprint most of the wider angle camera will have same results, will you capture blueprint mostly for your whole life? it is very slightly distortion on frame edge not a disaster, it is normal in camera industry.

Only Sony XZs and XZPs have deformation problems. These two phones have the same camera module.
