After I updated my device to android 4.4.2, I am facing a problem when I am playing facebook's videos it always error and show "Sorry, but an unknown error occurred while trying to play this video". It is so annoying. Anyone also facing this problem, and has any solution?

I am using LTE version (C6603). just bought it 2months ago. after decided to update to kitkat, my battery drained so fast. it is just my suggestion not to update to kitkat due to the battery problem. is anyone having my problem? I just wish sony fix it as soon as possible. and, I always having problem to open clash of clans, I don't know whether the problem comes from google or sony. but while using another phone,🎋 I see no problem. thank you

I want to buy this beautiful device, however I have two doubts.
1. Is this phone rugged? Suppose you drop it, will the rear glass break... (I often drop my phone :))
2. Is the ringtone volume too low?

Why my xperia z buffered so slow when watching any videos in youtube but when ive try to use other phones it runs smooth i don think theres problem in our wi fi. Pls help how to fix this.

My Xperia Z on KitKat is so great. This display is more vivid and fine. It runs smooth and fast. Charging time is longer but battery lasts longer too. I'm happy that I decided to update it to Kitkat. Mine is C6603 with build number .233 and I'm from Manila Philippines.

I think the laggy effect is a side effect after the update but its only for a while. Now, I'm happy with the performance of my phone, its very smooth unlike before and the battery life is so good too. It take long to charge but when I use it, the battery lasts better than before.. im currently using the .233 build number. Im from Manila.

I truly said that I'm in love with my sony xperia Z, and like everyone else, i've been uncertain about the worthwhile of it, then after i bought it, wow, i really satisfied with it, the quality of picture, the battery really not disappoint me, it really can last longer than a day if you use stamina mode, and the the brightness is low, and do not always open internet. that's all from me, k,bye.
