The Samsung phones are all same looking, just size are different. They are made of cheap plastic which does not last at all.
They main problem is that, Samsung phones look like very low price things. The new S5 costs more than 40k, but take it in your hand, dont tell the model name and ask any one to guess the price. 9 out of 10 will say 10 to 12 thousand. Thats Samsung. Hats off to their designers.

I'm from India and still there is no Kitkat update for my Xperia Z. Have anyone from India got that? If yes, please tell me. And also tell me what are the main differences between Jellybeans and Kitkat. Is there any major change in user interface?
And after update, is there any problem with the phone?

The first thing that you must know is how long will stay alive your gadget, i never saw any samsung flagship that lasts more than sony flagships, samsungs phones are based on poor plastics, and specs are high than the final product, never saw fake sony flagship around, but samsungs a lot of them, they are easy to pirates copy and sell more than originals. What is best? original sony or fake shamesujo? Lol...

Hey, just force 2D rendering in developer option. Clear the ram and other non-relevant apps. Ok na yung notif ko. No lagging :)

I updated my Xperia Z to Kitkat here in the Philippines (.233 build number). It's a little bit laggy especially in notification bar and some apps like FB. Charging time prolong unlike the 4.3 jelly bean wherein its fast to charge. When turning on the phone, the screen backlight slightly blink. I don't know what to do, if im gonna bring it back to 4.3 or stay at 4.4.2...

jithu, 02 Jul 2014I'm from India brought from dubai Xz but till now no update... moreSorry to say that, but probably you bought copy of Xperia Z. I've seen many iPhones called Dubai version which is only Chinese shit nothing else.
The only way to find out if your phone is real is by checking phone's IMEI number. If it's OK then try to re-flash the Android OS with unbranded version and you'll receive notification for new software updates.
I do flashed my Xperia Z with Australian Unbranded version cuz I bought it from TELSTRA and once SONY release update that goes first to TELSTRA SERVERS then they test it and finally after few weeks or months they release it for users to update their phones.
I hated that and that's why now I got Australian Unbranded android OS. I hope this will help to solve your problem.
