Well, keep one thing in your mind. Dont purchase your Xperia Z online from any xyz seller or from shops without proper registration and VAT bill. In India, many ar selling Xperia Z starting from Rs 16000!!!! Are you mad!! Are they manufacturing it at their home? They are giving bills also :) Well, I can give you bill too, printed from my computer, signed by me. Dont worry, it will have the same value as theirs :D
Bye original Xperia Z and stay happy. Mine is a great one, never lets me down. I spent my hardly earned money on it, and it worths my money.

Hi, i'm from asian...i've received updates 4.4.2 kit kat for almost a month, but don't dare to update due to several problems listed such as battry drain too fast..overheat and others..so any user from asian whose updated his/her device?..how it's goes?...do you have the problem?..

ishu, 09 Jun 2014When i open album the back button/touch stops working.. The... moreSame problem with my device too. I recently bought new Xperia Z, now upgraded to Android jelly bean. Sometimes device back button not responds even walkman player app and camera crashes, i found these problems when phone heated after big continuous use, every times i restart my phone to get rid from all of this. Phone volume is too low for music and provided earphones has good sound (Good bass) but low volume.

There ain no problem with my xz, day by day always in love with it, sony will never do another like this becouse they are proud to rebuilt and remove some software little issues. I am using the black edition, telling you all, no one reach this level

I have purchased Xperia Z immiediate after the launc... moreThe latest i know is you have to pay 15K instead of 17K as the price of this handset has reduced.
Though they will tell you if you have to pay 17K by DD but when you get the bill it will be only for 15K
As your handset is a year old now its out of Sony warranty.
Sony is not repairing this handset any more...instead they will give you
a brand new sealed piece and you have to open it right in front of them.

priyanka, 19 Jun 2014I had done factory data reset it works fine for few days th... moreWell there are many factors to be considered in order to isolate the issue.
1.if your storage type is SD card for your photos, then there could be a bad sector in your memory card which could not read the pics properly (because as you click on taking pics and it stores on SD card gets and when it reaches that sector it force closes)hence resulting in force close. even i had the same exp last year where in my pics were getting corrupted.
2. If your storage type is Internal memory. please follow go through my previous reply and i am 100% sure it will fix the problem.
3. if you think its rocket science and you don't want to mess up your phone or have no time to trobuleshoot
you can visit any Authorised Sony Service center in your city (locality) and get it checked.
if you are in India ,service charges to examine the phone are 170 INR and for software update =350 INR.

Guys,
I have purchased Xperia Z immiediate after the launch. And now I started facing network detection issues from last one week after I updated the software. I went to the service center and even they are not capable of repairing this, Instead they want me replace with new mobile along with additonal 17000 thousand. Is it worth? In last one week I visited 4 times to service center and observed many people with Xperia Z issues. So take the right decision before buying this mobile.
