My first week of experience from switching my Galaxy S2 with the Sony Xperia Z LTE has been quite interesting.The First thing I've noticed is that i don't really mind the LCD screen viewing angle issues compared to an AMOLED screen because the full HD screen is breath taking.The 2GB of ram is brilliant because i haven't faced any lag issues and most of the time i have an additional 0.9GB of space which is a big kudos for Sony. The camera a 13.1 mp is great but at low lighting it's Intelligent mode seems to be at fault(it improved a bit on the 4.3 jelly bean update and I'm hoping the 4.4 kitkat will make it even better).The Battery is quite good especially if you're using the Stamina mode which can last up to 2 days(if you barely use it ,it can even go to 3).The only down side i have with the Sony Xperia Z is charging, yes it's waterproof and Dustproof which means you have to open the flaps every time you want to charge it.The only option to avoid this is to add on another $30 to buy the charging dock( if you have money to spare ,it's absolutely worth the cost).Another thing you should know is that the speaker is smaller and isn't that loud compared to my Galaxy S2(that's the price you get for making it water proof) but at least Sony gives you a brilliant set of earphones with control-talk to counter that issue .

xperia z, 13 Jan 2014still no 4.3 update wtf?Check again. It is upgradable to Android 4.3 and has a planned upgrade to 4.4 Kitkat. :)

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2014i also dont like white background colour. then it it s a ca... moreyeah maybe,you can do it by flashing your phone.. as for me,the color of the settings is not a big deal, what's important is that 4.3 made my phone buttery smooth and very fast when browsing.and the background color of icon's drawer has improved,it doesn't look washed-out now. it felt like i have a new phone,in a good way.Overall, im happy with the update
