i have used this phone for 2 months, performance excellent.
But when i the 1st rain it got wet in my pocket the phone died. and the comapny is not taking it under warranty. so to get a replaced piece they asking me to pay 35-30k. cuz it cant be opened.
so if anything happens to the phone ur money is gone.
very risk.. n the phone is delicate.. buy a S4 instead..(thou i hate samsung)

Unfortunetly my mobile fell down..the touch is nt working at all. I cant unlock my phone... Can anyone explain about hw to back up the data (pics,contacts,files)...???

And also guys,
Dun use Matte Screen Protector, it will make your display not clear, I have sad becoz my SL has stick with matter sp, so as a lesson I won't let my Z get matte sp, it will waste Z's Bravia Engine 2, Exmor RS and also waste it's full HD 1080

Excellent customer ... moreI agree with you, if you want to contact sony, XZ has a guide is customer contact number and email in different country. This Xperia Z is a superb phone, compare to others I think it will be the best. Although processor is lower than one or s4, but its speed is already enough fast and performance like 'thunder' performing. I love my SL also, but Z will better than SL, it's price is more expensive but more valuable, when you use it, you can't stop or let it down from your hand. And also, it also have a small piece of white color thing beside the USB port, it is tell you the phone is seriously da,aged by water when it is turn into red color, in white means safe la. Anyway, for me, no ANY doubtful about "Experience The Best Of Sony In Smartphone"

I'm begging everybody on this forum to check if Wifi Direct is working in 4.2.2 update... in specifications it shows but in 4.1.2 it does not work at all... it's missing completely..... anybody out ther?????????

Don't be stubborn and not download pc companion. Many updates can only be done there. I've had zero problems with 'late updates'. Running happily with officially released android 4.2.2 on my Z (NOT rooted) and before that receiving updates solving many bugs and minor issues one per month. The phone is running really stable and all problems you samsung fanboys have been blowing about have been solved. Samsung has just released its first update for the ace 2. You call that up-to date updates? My samsung printer broke down within 2 months and what terrible service offered. Had to pay a fortune to fix it. We ended up throwing it away had continued using a 4 year old HP printer. I totally trust Sony for getting the job done.

AnonD-160577, 30 Jun 2013My xperia Z is overheating. I can't even put it in my shirt... moreThere is NO heat problem. Do you live in the South Pole? Maximum heat I've experienced is 42 degrees, and that is after 3 hours of intense gaming and 4G browsing. Galaxy s4 goes up to 70 degrees after gaming, enough to burn a baby's skin. 42 degrees is nowhere close to 'overheating'. If you are too concerned Sony has an internal safety system that shuts down the phone if its temperature rises above 48 degrees. I do quite a lot of gaming and Internet browsing. Those require more processing power than just doing a call or watching videos. I've never had a single emergency shutdown.

Just bought this phone, there is no word can describe it's smart, beautiful design, and super performance. When I'm using SL, when I go back to homescreen from Google Chrome, it need to wait for awhile to wait the others apps pop out, but Xperia Z is not, it's difference, I definitely won't feel regret after buying this phone.
