I was planning to buy his phone but Samsung S4 came out and it was giving away flip cover and tectiles ! I even got a huge discount for pre ordering online. All this even though Samsung galaxy phones are huge hit already. Sony could learn a thing or two on how Samsung market their products. Aside from improving their screen display! Having said that, those complaining about battery life of Z, S4 also have battery issues. I have to charge every two days. That's the problem with all smartphone with huge screen and lots of features!

everything is best in sony.when i update into new version expect battery problem.i only get 8 hours normal and also in stamina mode...why is it like pls help me.

Now jumping to the Galaxy S4 Active, for me it should have been released as the original GS4 with all the original's specs! The cam was darn downgraded and I do not get it! Since S4 was launched later than the Z Sammy should have just copied Sony with the waterproof thing or leave it as it is now. With Z and ZL's case, it was quite understandable that Sony made a ZL for consumers who can't afford the Z but with the S4 and Active's situation, its all crap! I would understand more if Sammy made the Active first with a 13MP cam and launched the now available S4 and have its camera downgraded if they want to so some could buy it in a more budget friendly pricetag.
If you guys still don't have the latest smartphone and you wanna buy the Z, go ahead! It's worth every penny but if you can wait a little longer I won't suggest you to wait for the S4 Active because Honami will be available most probably in September as what Android forums and discussions would say and most of them were right in guessing when was the release of the Xperia Z too. ^^

I just bought this phone few hours ago , it so amazing , design , video playback , sound , overall I really2 satisfied .

[deleted post]And you are simply trolling or deluded, when this phone was released, it was easily the best phone with the best and latest spec. The only phone in 2012 remotely similar was the HTC Butterfly which was not released globally. For your information, both still hold their own even now. The fact is even the HTC One and S4 are alreday old in tech terms, so take a reality and chill pill. If you want to keep up with tech, you will have to change your phone every three months!

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2013Hi guys....I really need your help.i left a store this afte... moreListen mate, i am using Xperia Z for sometime and let me tell you something Its STATE of the ART tech and chicks go wild when they see this gadget in your hands and thats what count honestly no one gives a rat's ass of how much power you got under the hood unless you are a techy person or how many gimmicks the gadget got what really matters is how the social circle around you perceives you with that gadget ... do you stand out of the crowd or are you like the rest and buy the one which every wannabe have.
No doubt Z got greatness under the hood as well but it really comes out when you take it to the swimming pool. plus dont buy S4 as S4 ACTIVE is coming this summer which is wayyyyy better then s4 itself. so either wait and get s4 active or go for xperia z.
