okay.I know this might sound stupid
Though it's a water resistant phone,but will it spoil if I soak it in the water too often?cause my one month old Z starts to behave strangely recently.it automatically shuts down (it happend once or twice) when I turn on the backlight and the screen blacks out for 5seconds when I launch the camera shortcut on the lockscreen(is it because I run it too often while taking pics when traveling?)and the phone does not give response when I press the power button to switch on the phone.(it happened once) then it switches on after several times of long presses.
Is it my problem or the phone's problem?

I was just sharing my own experience~
I never refuse to accept the advice of the experts...
I'm just telling people what I had been doing and still maintained battery life~
I never say that the expert is wrong...
I never tried what the expert said~
So I'm not giving any comment about it...

Don't just keep saying this expert and that expert opinion...

But never say that he experience it~
Just keep on saying he can change the removable batteries...

This is the very concept why you see the latest laptops are designed to stop charging at 80%, to prevent from ruining the ability to hold better charge. Same concept for any lithium ion or lithium polymer batteries of any device as he explained. It's not a whimsical idea.

The Android Guy is an expert giving experienced advice. It's scientific. Care to explain your personal expert scientific battery handling?

I had been doing that with my 5 years old phone~

I have used this phone yesterday w/ a friend, and u cud say it a great fone,,, really amazing... Specially d design i really liked it. Plus d UI it just so cool w/ exclusive sony trademarks.
And i think its durable too... We tested it by dropping 3 times shoulder level and i was awe,,, not even a scratch,,, i was stunned,,, really great fone to buy.

I m one of the Z users, and find out the front camera(secondary camera) have too much noise on the screen when I try to record. Any other user having the same problem?

Because it's modern Li-Ion or Li-Poly batteries...
Normally what I do is~
Charge my over-night everyday without fail...
It's because I like my phone to be 100% when I wake up next day~
You can even charge your phone even it still have 80%...
But never drain your phone under 15% or empty it~
Because it's not the old Nickel batteries that have memories in it...
Never drain empty your batteries except for re-optimization~
To maintain maximum battery life...
Charge your phone when it hits 20% or 15% for the bottom-line~
I never need to change my Original battery for SE z558i that I used for 5 years with the method above...
And charge for at least 8 hours when you get it 1st hand to optimize the battery~
The method above applied to all modern devices...=]

thankz JingXiang Lim for your information.

that is the main thing i am worried for.
hope that battery wil go better suun. as i do fb, whtsapp all time running in ma phone os if with this it will give around 8/10 hours so its allgud to me.

other thing is as its almost a week m using this should i charge it evryday 8/10 hours or just to 100%?

other thing as you explained before that battery will go better day by day.

its mine 5th day with my XZ presently with 44% battery level it showing 2days and 3 hours of estimated time..

hows that goes? :)
