Anyone I am stuck here between NoteII and XZ !!!
Pls anyone tell me which one is better. I love them both but more to XZ since its body is nothing but perfect and more pixel than noteII but NoteII got better battery performance. i want to buy XZ but afraid its battery life won't last long enough.. i am a heavy user .. i will almost be online everyday. and which one is more responsive in terms of screen performance. Is NoteII screen is as smooth as SIII or XP's is better ?

if u are not a fan boy of sony but u liked the xperia z and u want to buy it,u should know that the screen issues that was mentioned in gsmarena review and engadget review are correct.
unless u are in a completely dark room u will still be able to see your face reflection while u r trying to watch a movie on your phone.

Im no ... moreme and my wife, have both phones I might help you out here. iphone 5 vs xperia z. based on speed, iphone 5 is faster than xperia z. comparison of xperia z is like iphone 4s because my wife also 4s.if you are wondering what's the difference of 5 and Xperia z speed is not too much but you can see the difference a little. screen quality z is sharper than ip5. color reproduction and washout display xperia z weakness. battery xperia z wins here. when my wife saw z and try it out she said she is now thinking switching to android quad-core era and she is apple lover.cause fluidity as butter possible at android. thesis the real strength of apple but now android is closing on these category. camera I can say much we are gonna camera test next time.

I have the White Xperia Z and have never experienced the lag you claim in real life use, I don't rely on videos of non retail versions but the real thing. I also own the Nexus 4 and have never experienced any lag on it either.

To answer your first question.. No doubt, the screen/display in my opinion and based on others' comments here, Sony Xperia Z has better display.. Pixel and Detail-wise thanks to Mobile Bravia Engine 2.. Specially if you love taking pictures and looking at them through your phone because BE2 makes pictures better and corrects them.. Water and Dust is certain however the shock proof feature is not said although you can view diff. Youtube videos where they throw the device off and let it land on the floor and even hammer the screen directly (and the back glass portion as well) and still shows no scratches and damages whatsoever.. The flaps are said to last for the lifetime of the phone and you can buy a charging dock as well.. Battery should not be an issue based on the reviews and comments of users and my personal experience as well as it really lasts for more than a day and although its non-removable, since you consider Apple's I-Phone and Sony Xperia Z then it shouldn't be an issue as both have non-removable batteries.. Lag issues.. I haven't experienced any yet and I don't believe I should be based on the other's comments here.. (Just make sure you're not reading troll comments). And just try it for yourself to see and believe its wonders.. IP5 is good but I believe this is better.. One reason why I will be choosing this over IP5 is coz IP5 is really much easier to break and I want to take pictures under the pool at least.. Can't do that with IP5.. Just look for other convincing comments here.. Just make sure to identify Trolls and Real users..

I have come back cause just seen advert on tv about the screen..I have had bravia in S/E XPERIA PRO and Sony Xperia T do you think this is even better?I will try this phone at some point second hand but found the T camera to be mediocre ..I have always like S/E phones and do like Sonys designs too just that when i try them they dont do so good in the departments i like..My fave S/E has to be the W900i followed by p900 but S/E PLAY and Xperia pro were pretty good and never had any lag...I think the Adreno class of GPU'S to be pretty good.
All this bickering when its only smartphones and everyone has different needs,if we put all this effort into discussing,helping and trying to push boundries with these things the more exciting.70% interest per day proves its popular but still getting S4 first if its any good,could be another ugly thing again like S3..Sony could teach Sammy a few build quality techniques.
