Why dun u go n post some comments at Apple products page?!
Actually there's advantage of non-removable battery~
If some1 stole ur phone...
They cant switch the phone off immediately (Password enabled)~
Then u can track ur phone bac...
They nid to wait till the phone battery goes off~
Or modify it wit PC n software....
Dis is oso the advantage of Apple phones~
Many ppl buy Apple product for its security...
Others might hav problem wit the storage memory so they go 4 other brands~
Bt after ur phone wit removable battery lost wat u can do?
U cant do anything~
My sis lost her SGS2 at Singapore's Lucky Plaza in Nov 2011...
She juz bought it for a month~
She cant do anything at dat time...
My dad nid 2 buy another 1 for her~
Now she's still using it (Heavy usage)...
Always looking 4 plug point~
N charge the phone in the car...
Until the MicroUSB plug edi loose~
Smartphones r known for draining battery...
So juz get a portable charger~
It's cheaper than the smartphone u buying rite?
Everything on dis earth has "Wear n Tear"~
U always replace ur battery..
The cover n connector will oso loosen rite?
Wat u gonna do after dat?
It's better dat ur MicroUSB port getting loose rite?

1. you have an option of going to service center to get it replaced. and its getting week in 6 months or so... you will probably need to replace after 2 years.
2. AMOLED screens also behaves crazy after 2 years with color shift, etc. but people don't say it has AMOLED so I won't buy it.
3. iPhone- non-replacable battery --> still sells! are you aware ?
4. All I am saying is, non replacable battey is NOT a deal-breaker but a psychological dissatisfaction.

babak otaku, 02 Jan 2013wow its great time for note 2 and optimus vu to go to waste... moreStill NOTE 2 is better than xperia z, Its pop up feature is superb and its also having 1.6 ghz processor on other hand xperia z having 1.5 ghz processor, xperia z's battery ussage is also low 2330 mah and NOTE 2 having 3100 mah ,NOTE 2 having larger screen than xperia z,still xperia sucks but the things i like about xperia z is its waterproof and camera quality.

A great phone. Apart from supporting google java iit finally also supports original j2me on a smartphone! Clever!

Some people just come to sony to put their biased criticisms, from the day of my awakening in the world of gadgets, i am already aware that iphone is one the most dignified brand that made its phone a non users removable battery but i never heard a lot of crying that it was become the main reason why people refuse to buy one. if you love samsung, why not just write under the samsung users comment your pleasurable moments of use rather if you want to put a resourceful comment, make it legitimate and factual. i maybe be impressed.!

For one - batteries *do* get weaker, and they *do* die in some cases. Want to switch it with a new one? You can't.
Second, there are rare occasions where the software stops responding - at all. Not even the reset sequence given to you by the manufacturer works (I've had this problem with some phones). Want to do a hardware reset? You can't.
Then there's always the option that you might be a gadget geek, and you want your phone to have the absolute longest battery life possible, and you decide 2339 mAh just *isn't* enough. You're gonna have to deal with it.
So while you might feel that a portable charger makes a non-removable battery a non-issue, please realize that not everybody might agree.

if you know, sony already has a portable battery charger in the market, if you can invest money in buying a seperate battery then surely you can afford to but that portable charger and change *any* brand phone (including your beloved SG4) with it ON THE GO.
More over XZ battery is pretty decent, if you have read GSM arena battery test.

non removable battery is really the biggest reason why i didnt get this phone.. over time the battery will get weaker and i doubt everyone just gonna dump their expensive phones because the battery is dead or something, what if u travel and want extra batterY? u cant do that sony are so stupid im so happy s4 is around the corner with swappable battery just like s3, they go forward not backward stupid sony hope u go bankrupt u cheap bastards.
