Our local 3 store (in the UK) has had a test handset in for over a week now. I played with the Z and thought it was brilliant - and had no issues with screen viewing angles or lag - it was so good I paid the deposit and pre-ordered it. There are some handsets about to play with, but perhaps those of you who don't believe this live in a different country...

the best smartphone ever....u can even transfer ur iTunes data over to the Xperia Z via Sony PC Companion....so its killing every other brand today with its top of the range features....u can even text from it in ur bath and take pictures in the rain.....waiting for it eagerly...

I think its os is more reasonable from me cause siri is feature but you can download in google play like siri. As for os, as we discused with my iphone lover wife. We agreed upon that apple has edge on fluidity and responsiveness.but she really hates is the itunes ecause of transfer music and videos. But for xperia z with this high specs I think apple will lose this edge. Maybe

i am apple user and i love apple products as they are very easy to use and i would recomend u to upgrade or buy xperia z as it beats apple .........sorry apple but true

They simply use Siri as bragging right but it is not at all as important to them as they pretend.
The other lie, and the biggest one, is the battery. All iphone owners know the battery is bad for normal usgae but they use battery test results as bragging rights. Its true that iphone5 scored very high in for example web browsing time, but in real life usage an iphone5 will not last the day. One girl i know who have iphone5 does not leave home without her charger AND a AA-cell powered portable charger.
The socalled "battery optimization" and "Siri is so great" are the two lies iphone users have silently agreed upon. Spec-wise they have nothing to brag about so they use these two lies for all its worth. Maybe som iphone5 users really believe they have great battery life but this is because they have not used android phones, they do not know how good a bigger battery is. Just like some people with 4 wheel drive cars think that they can drive everywhere a tractor can drive, its because of lack of experience with the other.

Hi i can confirm that this phone is better than Iphone 5 and S3 because this phone is different than the others and it has a better specification.
So yes I would recommend you to buy this phone.
And I hate Iphone mobiles coz they making every phone the same and they over pricing it.
