Btw true they are now financial turmoil eventhough you are lossing yearly is not stating but the fact that they cannot make a quality phone. Btw, sony is not a phone only, they have camera, banking, electronics, movies and etc. If they are in deep trouble they wil start seling some of their company assets. Anyway this is just irony bt sony did buy olympus share last quarter whch means they have liquid. Btw grimlock u should read and verify the facts too much reading only wil gve noting.:-) peace

and this phone... moreAmazing, no wonder Grimlock and Co are scared adn insecure. This one is too good. Bye bye Note 2, Xperia Z is the only phone that can make me change when i already have a quite new high end phone that works perfectly well.
The hate from fanboys is another proof that the Z is best ever. I mean, no fanboys take the time to go to iphone 5 thread to post negative things about iphone, because iphone is no threat to them, nothing great about iphone, so why waste time on talking it down? No, the one they fear is the Z, we just have to live with the fanboys talking it down, its actually a testimony to its greatness.

Sony's company as a whole in financial turmoil. All Companies have seen a fall in shares, Samsung included. But seeing falling and rising share is different from being in a financial whirlpool. Which Sony is in. Go read and learn.

And there are other ways to protect my phones when I need to. My problem with the Z is that I was expecting more from Sony. As I was looking to make my next phone the Z. But after seeing it, I think it would be best to wait. I like Sony, I just don't like the xperia Z.

B/c 3 people I know used to own xperia Arcs a... moreThey had low internal storage yes, but other than that most Xperia 2011 with Scorpion+Adreno205 was hassle free phones with good performance and great app compatibility. My 2011 Xperia Pro is part of the reason why i want to go back to Xperia, im tired of the awkward workflow with TouchWiz on Note 2, Xperias are more easy going and comfortable, and this time the Xperia is the one with the upper hand also in performance, cant ask for more then, the Z is close to perfect.

Dust and w... moreDust and water resistance is a nice feature, but not necessary. Battery size is only good when the phone actually last longer with it.
Sony hasn't brought any thing that hasn't already been done before. 13mp camera, FullHd display. None of it is new. I want to see

So technicaly speaking it is durable that's why sony team makes video harazing z. Anyway if it is thiner than xperia active and same suplier im prety sure durable bt les expectation:-) not too wory about that.
