I have a samsung s 3 , mini and a Htc one x and a Xperia arc .
The best experience that i had was with the xperia arc i returned from the s 3 to the xperia arc . Those company's don't know how to build a cellphone like sony and apple . Xperia z is the luxuries phone . That people will look at like WOOOOOW . Not like the s3 or one x .....
the best was xperia arc then the htc one x and i regret that I took samsung . And Know I am waiting for this phone . I NOW KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE A CELLPHONE >>> THE ONLY WAY IS BY TAKING WHAT YOUR HEART FEELS RIGHT !!! NOT TAKING THE BEST SPECS

Or later you'll wait for couple of months and another new more powerful phone will be released. Unlike xperia z you can now save and expect the phone to be release next month or max 3 months. Eventhough it is not release yet but there is a big chance that Z will not dissapoint you. Its specs is good for one year and market value of phone is good. And for the selling point high specs that can compete with htc butterfly, water and dust resistance, exmor camera, premium build, good integration with sony products, good multimedia for video and music and nice market selling value. The grim here for me is the battery and initial price.

Some reviewer think why on earth did the bond phone hapen to be the t but xperia v is beter? And now for hd wel most consumer using camera in lowlyt just check ur facebook friends hu loves to party you'll see pictures at night were quite high noise or should say disapointing pic. Quality.

They really need to put all their best in it. And sony is not really into a fast processor coz they dont have that capabilities if you are thinking new qualcomm and nvidia. The processor is not ready that time they making xperia z. Now if you are a kind of guy hey I want fast processor sorry for you sony is not right phone for you. Sony gives you overall experience phone in mlutimedia premium feeling and a fast processor but not like samsung incoming s4. If you want fast os always updating then google phone is for you. Btw, sony did use innovative products that you cannot get other brand. Whitemagic, sensor on lens and exmor lens. And if I am sony I would not put too much innovation into a 1 product because you really cant judge the result in which if you put many innovation you cannot determine what is the feature consumer like on the first place.

guys guys guys .....please don't worry about non-removable battery ....for the 1st year it will be in warranty so if any problem comes regarding battery than it can be changed from sony's service center free of cost .... after warranty period they will charge ...and ofcoz by opening the device they(sony service center) will remove phone's battery ...no need to worry so be happy and buy your Sony Xperia Z happily :)

[deleted post]I am not a sony hater. You know i expected something new in their phone. But then again sony has failed to impress with their so called falgship Z. I do agree on the monopoly thing,what goes up will come down. So lets see how this phone makes its way btw the other flagships which are currently in and about to hit the matket soon. Btw i am waiting for the Motorola's X phone...

Anyome who understands the slightest bit of how business functions should realize that this is simply competition at work. No one possesses a monopoly in the phone industry (though Apple likes to think they do). Haters of Sony should realize that there are haters of your favorites too. If you don't like this company, avoid a page that was created for the intelligent discussion of a great phone. It would ne a better use of your time and ours to read up a bit on economics.

Wow.. Some people just blindly hate Sony lol.
The nexus 4 and optimus g are the most powerful phones at the minute and lead the race. Sony THEN add a full HD screen, improved toughness with dragon tail glass, water and dust resistance, a better camera which is PROVEN excellent (with HDR video rrecording? Obviously the s4 will have amazing specs but every 4 to 6 months the next generation raises the bar and THIS is the current cream of the crop. End of
