What'sapp videos can't play. Screen went What'seep coming out"Movies Not Responding ","What'sApp Not Responding " etc etc. Handphone shuts off itself n opens itself. Sent for checkup with Sony Sales but they said nothing wrong.came back same problem again. Still under warranty but Sony Sales n Service won't replace me with new handset. Bought only 2 months. Worst hp I bought. Don't buy Sony Handphones.

guru, 13 Feb 2014hello guys ! i m looking for new phone . i want your help. ... moreplease dont buy xperia z1 because i buyed z1 mobile nd facing full heating problem (Total mobile heating) when i use it for 10 mins or taking photos for 10 mins & my 2 no's frndz also buyed they are also facing same heating problem, right now i sold my z1 with loss of 10,000/-, i am not satisfy with z1 mobile

Trying to install kap files for Marine navigation, managed to do the same on my Samsong tab and that worked fine, with my sony phone it wont read the files I insrtalled on BSB Root folder??????any of you know why not

The camera of z1 is a lot better and delivers realistic clear images, My mom owns a iphone 5c 16gb and i compared the camera of my z1 VS the 5c of my mom, and z1 actually won when it comes to clarity of pictures. My mom was also impressed but she said it's pretty obvious that z1 has 20mp while 5c has only 8mp. lol

display: great. vivid colors.
sounds: low. when in speaker phone. great with earphones
fron camera: not so good. lot of noise.not so great for selfies iphone still the better choice (iphone 5c user)
back camera: 20 mp in manual mode works great...beats iphone hands down
speed: great
battery: heats faster than iphone 5 but last longer than iphone
screen: great for watching videos and browsing
lte: not tried yet. im in the province. smart is slow. globe a bit better. (bulacan area)
design: looks classy feels classy but size is awkward... i still love how xperia x10 feels and looks. maybe wait for compact z1 and you'll have the same aesthetic of whats great on both z1 and x10.

Rishi, 11 Feb 2014Should I go for Z1 or HTC One or I should wait for HTC M8? I'd get the Z1 or wait for the Z2! I use the HTC One but it is the Google Play Edition so no Sense, and I like it! Also a Z1 user, btw.

S4 is good but Z1 has better specs compared to S4. Both phones have good cameras but I prefer Sony's than Samsung's. I'm not against Samsung, just not a fan. But if you really want the best camera I guess you can check the Lumia 1020 but it's WP not Android.

But it would be best if you'll try both phones (trying the M8 when it's out already) as we wouldn't which will satisfy your taste or needs. Even though we are here on the Z1 section we still want you to have a the unit that'll satisfy you. Z1 is great same goes with the M8 as per the leaked specs. It's really all up to you mate. :)

Ron, 11 Feb 2014could anyone tell me what would a person do if his/her xper... more@Ron you can try to reboot the phone but pressing the power button and the volume down at the same time until it vibrates. Or there is a hard reset button that's beside the SIM card tray. Press it using a tip of a ballpen or pencil something like that.
