p.ram, 08 Nov 2013guys pls tell, galaxy note3 or z1, which s best one? Z1 looks better and is a tad smaller. Note is a little faster, screen is a little better and has tha stylus (but depends if you really will use that, otherwise it is not a key feature).
Very good phones or phablets ( note 3). Z1 is a little waterproof:-)
Do not go so much into detais. Choose with your heart...we are humas so we are subjective and thats the beauty of all...go see them if possible side by side and you would know which one is for you:-)
I forgot about Lg G2: more compact, beautiful screen, very good battery, not so inspired sw, but in the league.

After that the battery percentage doesn't drop that fast and i manage above 1 day and 10 hours all the time with talking, mailing, whatsapp, a little fb, sms so i say it is ok but could be a little better.
    Less than 1 day in your conditions seems wrong to me. Do you fully chage your phone all the time? And discharge it completely?

      Does any of you noticed how fast drops the percentage of the battery in the 50 to 100%? Overall it is good battery life but after 1 h after fully charged 1-2% is gone, phone being idle.
      An when i am charging the battery, on the battery icon there is always the flash sign but on battery usage says that battery is full?should that flash indicator in the battery icon go away? Or it stays as long you are connected to socket?

      am i doing something wrong or is it normal? Whith quite moderate use i get near 1 day and 14-20 hours which is good in my opinion.

            Camera is the only advantage of the Z1.

              ..all z1 user..i hope i can share something about z1 system..go to setting then go to system...
              there are 3 item for :
              Date time,Accessbility,about phone..

              Click about phone..Go to build number (example 14.1.G.2.257)
              Click it till pop up msg "NO need you are already developer"
              Back to system..and you'll see new function system will be show .the functio is developer option...

The first one was Xperia acro S. My first option was to buy from an Xperia store. Unfortunately my money isn't enough so I opted to buy in WidgetCity for the second time. But now I'm 100% sure the unit can't be replaced. If I may suggest to you, it's best to buy from the Xperia store. Yeah it may be way expensive compared to the OL stores but the quality and warranty of the products are guaranteed. However, I've done some screen calibration of my phone and it appears the white are really white, actually there's no yellowish tint. It's just that the resolution is just a little washed out compared to the one that I've seen on the Xperia booth.

I've been reading the forums a lot because I'm also planning on buying a Z1 from a local online store. There are several bad service / warranty reviews about Widget City & DBGadgets so they're not on my list.

Never tried any Sony phones before and always went for Samsung. Probably because Samsung is more popular. Glad I went for Z1 this year, it didn't disappoint me, really looking forward to the next Sony devices. Sony's going to be my first choice from now on.

                                Scott, 07 Nov 2013I really love this phone so much ,so far so good no hang no... morehey i had the same problem just a few days back. just hold sown your power button and the volume up button and it'll vibrate thrice and switch off then you can switch it back on the normal way and it'll be just fine this happens when the calibration of the sensor gets a little twisted nothing to worry about have fun

I had the galaxy s2 and s3 before and prefer the Z1's screen because of the realistic colours. I always fall in love looking at photos I took in the Z1, they're so close, almost identical to the real thing!

I mean i could be wrong but owning an Xperia for a long time and comparing other devices , i have learnt that Xperia displays produce more realistic colors than other screens. AMOLED just benefits when you are using your phone in the Sun.
