does anybody know when this phone will be available with any of the us carrier like T-mobile/Att.
i love this phone size with this kind of internals but it is not released in USA yet

Guys, I just received my Compact today and I can tell you, i'm in love with their product.I read about the debate that the back cover is not glass but plastic.Well, I can;t tell now if its plastic because it is very shiny and still looks like glass.The metal frame around its very clasy and solid and gives it a unique premium feel like i didnt felt before.It is trully a bijou in terms of design.Needless to say it works flawlessly
They moved the speakers in the lower frontal area of the phone since the consumers complained about when you put it on the table the sound is almost muted so I can say they did a pretty good job and more than happy they DO LISTEN to what we are requesting.
GG Sony from my side.
Go test it in stores before buying it but I'm telling you, its not the average phone you see everyday

To everyone else, i like to remind that both phones Aroy mentioned have 16GB NON EXPANDABLE storage and is therefor not worth the price to a lot of people, plus they are obviously too big, most people who are interested in Z1 Compact dont like that big.

Looks like some haters can't accept that this phone is right now the best. Even with those in MWC. But apparently they are also downvoting the phone, with less than 5 voter added, the rating went down noticeably. Looks like they are giving it s rating of 000!
Troll lg fans, it only shows how envious you are. G2 and g2 Mini are cheap, low end looking phone.

the z2 had just been announced and the camera has a quite a lot of addition:
"The camera features a 20.7MP Exmor RS sensor and Sony has finally enabled 4K video recording @ 30fps (aka 2160p). You can use digital zoom during video recording, but we've yet to see if it's as good as the Note 3's.
Some new camera modes include 120fps slow-motion (at 720p resolution) and Background Defocus, and Vine is pre-installed."
hope all these will be available on the z1 compact via software update..

But when you could get Nexus 5 16GB for 29k INR and LG G2 for 32k INR, Z1 Compact prices went through the roof. All 3 revolves around almost similar kind of specs and boasts of alike premium features.

I've had this phone for 1 month now after saying I would never own a Sony, and can say its met all expectations,
Since they have evolved with a premium finish it
looks good, I don't use a case, not bothered by the plastic back and has no noticeable scratches to be concerned about.
Camera is good for a smart phone, and is quick at all tasks I use on it.
So far no complaints!
