At least if xiaomi can fix bad software hyperos (miui) that it worth = Harmony Os, The basic word is just a xiaomi trick by adding . I think the Xiaomi modular camera concept is useless, because it is not connected to the main camera, I am more interested in the modular camera concept on Realme because it is in the middle of the back screen.

Q: Can you connect the Xiaomi 15 Ultra to a HDMI monitor? in my case fullHD 1920x1080 @ 60p would be enough. Specs say something about USB 3.x and displayPort but generally specs are unclear because USB 3.x also allows implementation for HDMI. So i'd really like to know if someone tested this. Would you need one of those external hubs where the phone goes in on one end, and some USB ports + memory card slot + HDMI out port goes out the other end? Or would some PASSIVE USB --> HDMI adapter cables work? This would implement that some of the pins und the phones USB port would really be dedicated for HDMI or that the controller "knows" when a monitor is connected. Long days ago they called this implementation MHL and 10y ago my LG G4 was able to do this. Then generations and generations of phones failled to connect to a monitor si i's really be interested if it works...

The €1500 launch price in Europe is ridiculous. In my country, you can buy this phone for €950 with the camera kit included as a pre-order bonus.

Why they put nano sim + nano sim + e-sim arangement instead of nano sim + memory card slot + e-sim?

Each gcam has some pros and cons that you will have to try each and decide which one works best for you.

Has someone done log recording with xiaomi 15 ultra? If so, do you know if dual conversion gain is used on main cam and 4,1x periscope?

Oh my goodness, thanks Xiaomi Indonesia for bringing this phone in, and more thank you for 1TB! You're the 2nd Android manufacturer after Samsung that brought 1TB of storage option (RoG phones doesn't really count because It's gaming oriented).

And now, I'm considering returning to Xiaomi from Samsung after my experience with the very old Redmi Note 2.

I am with Optimus below on this one. This is the world's best phone. I've never even held a phone that is this solid and well made. It cannot be understated just how much effort and thought has gone into this phone. Performance is absolutely rock solid, charging battery life etc. I've been using it non-stop and installing so many apps and changing things, and even after 7h of almost constant usage I've only lost 25% battery.

Size and ergonomics are so perfect. I hated how my Xperia 1V was so thin and the bottom of the phone cut into my hand. This phone is smooth and comfortable in the hand. I got the Camera Kit and it's a huge step above the 13 Ultra kit. The USB-C connection and charging is such a huge benefit. Instant shots, whereas on the 13 Ultra it's Bluetooth which is super laggy.

Removed the bloat (it didn't even come with much). Also installed a different launcher, set up adblock DNS. It's absolutely flawless. Also no problems with notifications of western apps like Whatsapp. Finally!

Oh and the camera. It makes me laugh they are comparing this to Samdung. It is absolutely no comparison. The 15U just cannot take a bad photo and the pro mode even beats Sony which is saying something. Love the fastshot that the 15U camera kit comes with too. 200MP mode is incredible and the telephoto and macro capability is amazing. I'll be patient for them to make the 4K video a bit sharper, it's maybe my ONLY nitpick. The rest of the phone is pure quality. No wonder the West is so scared of China.

Very glad I didn't wait for the Vivo X200 Ultra. I'm sure it will be a fantastic device. But I am in love with Xiaomi and Leica. Don't care if people call me a fanboy. Haters will hate. I haven't been this impressed in a phone in years.
