Me, 26 Feb 2020What do you recieve as being a fanboy? Do companies pay you... moreThat's not a lie at all... Redmi pro gets updates today... You can't expect many OS versionns on Xiaomi phones but you can expect miui updates for years... And it's only thing that actually matter... On custom skins like one UI, MIUI, Color OS, EMUI, android version actually doesn't matter at all... pretty much All new features that comes for example with Android 10 exist now on Android 9 in that devices, and many more actually... It's not important, until you get skin updates you are good to go... And all that rant about security patches? For what? I used to download many 3rd party apk's from untrusted sources and nothing happened to phone or accounts... Idk what you people want? What's the point of that hate? You use iPhone or what?

As for the band support, all 5G phones support Sub6 because it is used in all 5G markets, but not necessarily all the sub-bands within Sub6. For mmWave, the phone-makers can select to support or not support depending on the markets. Testing aside, no country is actually deploying it other than USA.

Both 10 and 10 Pro are 5G, but NOT sub6 mm?

still keep Mi 9.
This phone is a brick (208g / 9mm). I can't remember such thick phone for a long time.
Add 360hour unlock period into insults, and it's a pass for me. This phone needs rooting, not just to improve security, but to get rid of the MIUI, the worst OS facade ever and their usual spyware and ads. After 360hours of waiting with phone unused, you then have to wait for a working AOSP ROM, and as a contributor i can tell this takes another 3 months.
