On balance I prefer the 9 lite as it is more comfortable in the hand, has slightly better screen, I prefer the pictures it takes and it is powerful enough for my needs. I also really like the in screen finger print reader even though it is not as fast at the note 8s one. Both phones are great though. I was worried that the 9 light might not be as fun to use with pubg (The only game I play) but it plays it very well and so I am happy.

        I received Android 10, but haven't installed it yet, because I'm afraid of bugs? Any thoughts on Android 10 users with this phone?

                  Finally today I received the OTA for Android 10 global MiUI 11.0.1 with Android security patches for February 2020. 2.3 gb weight. Really awesome.

                    The S Amoled display is just awesome, not to mention the convenience of the Always on display.
                    Plus the Mi 9 lite has one of the best selfie cameras on the market today.
                    If I had to choose today, I would still get the Mi9.
                    Build quality is alwas superior, compared to a Redmi phone!

                        Whats important for me is Battery life and display quality. This would be my first AMOLED, is it really much better than LCD ?

                        Also, I hate that phones are getting so big; the note 9 at 165mm tall and 210g is too much

                          Good someone to install open Camera from google app and verify how well it handles the macro and hdr photo of the app's function thanks I'll wait for the answer or show via link to compare thanks

                              There is no setting to include showing contacts on the SIM card. I can't see at all which contacts are on the SIM card and how many are. Please if anyone had this problem to share. I bought the phone 3 months ago and have made all the updates that the manufacturer has officially released. It is now with MIUI 11.3.9.0 (PFCEUKXM) and Androia 9 PKQ1.181121.001 and still cannot display contacts on the SIM card. Otherwise I like the phone a lot. Please help?
