          If you update to Oreo earlier then this patch will fixed the bugs, if you didn't update to Oreo then wait for the new 1112MB Oreo update coming soon.

            Mostly good impressions. Previously had Onepllus 3T.
            Fast enough. Display is warm. Battery could be better but on regular bases it stands for 1,5 day for sure, almost 2 days if no gaming. Missing fast charging.
            Camera is average, photos are little better than OP 3T. Blurring effect is nice and close to natural.
            Each time I evaluate this device I remember the price and cannot wish more. In my opinion this is the best you get for 220 EUR.

                A1, 17 Jan 2018does it have nfc??Why you need NFC ?? Most of my other phone has NFC but totally useless for me as nobody use Mobile Pay in country, 95% shop doesn't accept Mobile Pay & those offer Mobile Pay only cater for China Tourist for Alipay & Tencent Pay which only linked to Bank of China & accept only China Yuan.

                So NFC is like Not For Citizen in my Country... lol

                    AnonD-729982, 18 Jan 2018Is it really safe to update? after update there is no way t... moreNo issue here, I am from Malaysia, after update I just do a backup & factory reset, then I turn off Google Map 24/7 tracking & disabled the Google Multiple notification, only 2 bugs which is the gesture settings for notification panel & missed call notification.

                    Both this bugs has since been solved by the January Security Patch.

                    No is Bugs free.

                          MI A1 users in Indonesia complained about the same bug written here, also the news already told us the effect after updating to Oreo in MI A1. Network Issue, Batter Draining, etc.

                                I'm in love with how capable this phone is, awesome. received my oreo update after reseting the phone. no issues, the phone just flies. battery smooth, stock is the way. how i only wish xiaomi could add an option to tweak the display. overall, am satisfied, worth every penny!

                                    Setting > app > show system > then you will see play service, Google service and framework , clear data. Restart . Check update again .
