I am expecting Mi will not going to disappoint me. Because I bought this phone only the hope of timely updates in collaboration with Google. Actually, I have planned to Galaxy J7 Pro, in last minute I went ahead and bought Mi A1 due to Android One program.

Hi I am Mi A1 user after updating the phone to Oreo update the phone have fast charge availability and the camera now can zoom 10x. Now the phone can use some miui apps like miui music, miui video, miui calculator and miui browser. One more thing I love the phone because it has IR blaster which I can control TV and satellite TV. One more thing MI A1 has a good and loud speaker which when I stayed at my friend house and I still can hear my phone ring even do I placed the phone in one of my friend room that located upstairs and I sitting at his car garage or parking area while having tea with my friend. I buy MI A1 because MI 5X don't have any warranty in my country Malaysia so you by with risk because if your phone is broken you have to order the parts directly from China which you have to pay for the parts and no warranty for the MI A1 parts.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2018Mi A1 aka Mi 5X is good at the range value, whether you cho... moreApart from push mail & smart manager, there is nothing I missed on Samsung that can't get it here, OK maybe that wonderful Samsung camera as well, that's why I use Samsung for company phone while MIA1 for personal phone.
So far the Oreo patch works wonders, can't find any bugs, hopefully Xiaomi will keep it that way.

Mi A1 aka Mi 5X is good at the range value, whether you choose android vanilla or MIUI it is just the same body and the same machine, for the battery is good even in dual sim not heat much, speaker is loud, and the camera is fair result only in good light and ambience, for low light or inside narrow building it is not good, and for the flagship seeker maybe this one is not for you, maybe kind a boring after 1 month using it (especially if you own samsung and iphone at the same time hahaha)

I bought this phone 4 days ago, mainly attracted by the price and specs. upon seeing the device it looks similar to the IPhone 7 and it looks okay.
Performance has been good overall and lots of storage space with 64GB rom and 4GB ram. i have tried many heavy game titles and it never lagged. The processor is fast and boy i enjoy it.
The camera is not too good, not sure why but it is not very smooth and sharp in low light. The feel of the phone is premium however the charging port area has sharp edges and distracts me when gaming or watching movies landscape when my fingers are on it.
This phone can break easily and slip so you must get a good case to protect it. Software is good and I haven't experienced any bugs yet and it has a good basic android experience known as stock android.
