I have already replace the screen at the service centre 2 weeks after i bought it due to burn screen aka dead pixel, also twice for reset as i can't boot up, the service centre has to reinstall the firmware & i loss all my data (luckily i can copy the contact from my other phone).

Aldo, 10 Oct 2018first than all, hi everyone, i would just like to know, is ... moreMy answer to you is NO, this is not a durable phone, the screen easily crack even with table height drop, the power & volume rocker worn out really fast, 2 of my friends already replace their power button & volume rocker, 1 replaced under warranty another one need to pay from his own pocket as he replace it 10 days after the warranty ends.
if you are looking for a durable phone for 3 years don't choose Xiaomi, Go for Samsung or Nokia.

first than all, hi everyone, i would just like to know, is this phone durable, i mean i know its not going to last forever but id like to know if i can count on it for a couple of years, i dont switch phones that often

Shahid Yasin, 06 Oct 2018I can not face that problemHere in my country many complain on the unable to connect to PC issue on Handphone forum, so far no solution, let see October Security Patch able to solve it, i already sent feedback thru Feedback Apps, now i have to use another phone to take photo & save it in my PC, as often my job require taking some product photo & email it to distance branch & outlet, if i took out the micro SD card too frequently i afraid the card slot holder will wear out or worse still get damaged if i remove it frequently
, MiA1 micro SD card holder is kind of flimsy.

Whenever the signal change from 4G to 3G, GPS signal loss, can't use Waze navigation & can't play Pokemon Go.
GPS position not accurate & GPS locking position very slow.

I dont hate Aliexpress as i don't need to order Xiaomi phone from them since i can get official warranty unit in my country.
A2 lite is a better buy with 18:9 ratio screen higher ppi 432 vs 403, better camera F2.2 vs F2.6, Battery 4000mha vs 3080mha, Endurance rating 100hr vs 87hr, except for USB 2.0 vs USB type C.
Problem is you are buying a 2017 model car at 2018 & paying 2017 price... paying 2018 MK7 price & end up with a 2017 MK6 VW Golf... lol

What is the reason to buy A2lite.?Not worth it.A2 probably,but for a few $ more you can have Mi8 lite and so on...
The only drawback is 1yr China warranty,instead 2yr EU warranty..Well,if you just bought a new car,last year model and think it's obsolete because the new one looks absolutely the same,but it has 2hp more and you must be trendy..just go for it!You must be a good,loyal consumer...

If you get a unit which come with Nougat mean is a very old stock, probably a 2017 phone, as the phone been update to Oreo since end of 2017.
You been short change by Aliexpress, i won't even surprise you are getting a old China unit been load with Global ROM.

So far the best is Nokia + stock Android combo, fast update & very little issue.
