Android 10 landed today 9/03/20 in the a2lite (South America)
After waiting months, the update arrived. probably the last team to acquire from xiaomi due to the lack of seriousness.

Anyone having problem with voice echo on this one? My father has this phone and every time anyone else or me speaks with him this problem occours, we can hear our voice again after we say something. Any help would be appreciated!

RAM Management is pretty poor now on my mi a2 lite, apps close all the time in background .... Still love this phone tho, even without android 10 ....

Simply Xiaomi plays with its Android One users. the phone is very good (except the camera), but it is "crucified" by the delay of the update of android 100

Expect it late March, or early April. Similar with A50 release date.

Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite not yet.Xiaomi Mi A1 already received 2 major Android Updates.
Android 8 and Android 9, so it makes sense that it won't get Android 10. Android One devices are eligible to receive only 2 major Android updates, and the rest is security patches.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has received only 1 major update, which is Android 9.
Thus this device has 1 more update left to receive which is Android 10.
