Read the comments section of this YouTube video and you'll see some don't have the 'Hide bottom center bar' option shown in the video at 1 min and 8 sec into playback. That first option "Hide Full Screen Indicator" option is missing/not available in my Poco F2 Pro.

Dani, 13 Jun 2021I have asked some Poco f2 pro user's and they all have... moreI'm not talking about being able to do full display mode. I am talking about that LINE/BAR at the bottom center of the Poco F2 Pro (started with Android 11 update - MIUI 12.2.X.X) that you cannot get rid of or hide. It chops off the bottom portion of the screen and it causes PERMANENT burn in of Amoled screen because it is big and present all of the time.
There was no problem on the original Android 10 software (MIUI 12.0.X.X) because the line/bar at the center bottom do not exist in full display mode. It is only in Android 11 that you see it and can't remove, at least in my and other Poco F2 Pro users who upgraded to Android 11.
Also, that's not the only issue with Android 11 on the Poco F2 Pro. Navigation/swipe gestures also DO NOT WORK when on fyll display mode if you are using custom launchers like the most popular and most well reviewed - Nova launcher. Poco launcher is miles behind Nova launcher in versatility, customization and usefulness. Experienced and advanced android users use it as their main launcher because of superb performance and functionality. But it doesn't work properly with Xiaomi's Android 11 update of the Poco F2 Pro.

[deleted post]Apparently some rabid Xiaomi fanatics can't carry a normal, sane, conversation. If you can get rid of that ugly bottom center line in full display mode and you have that option in your Poco F2 Pro running the 'same' software as mine, doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist. Things like this can happen because unlike you, I don't like to use Xiaomi's stypid launcher and I always turn on developer options to adjust animation speeds and font sizes.
Before you open your foul mouth which is a reflection of your deranged mind, investigate and acknowledge there is goid possibilty things like these can happen!

azly, 09 Jun 2021poco x3 pro or f2 pro? can u guys suggest it to me? for gam... moreI have never owned any of these phones, so I'll just rely on the spec sheet to come up with an educated guess.
Simply saying, the F2 Pro is a better choice since it has a better battery life and chipset. If you want a detailed explanation, you can read on. Overall, the F2 Pro is better phone than the X3 Pro because it has more specs and features. However, the X3 Pro is a lot more cheaper than the F2 Pro.
First up, the processor, the F2 Pro has SD865 while the X3 Pro only has SD860 (which is just an overclocked SD855 chip), and also based on the Centurion benchmark, SD865 is still better than the SD860 so I'm guessing points go to F2 Pro.
Second is the battery life. The X3 Pro has quite a bigger battery than the F2 Pro but the X3 Pro uses a less energy-efficient LCD screen and the F2 Pro uses an AMOLED screen, which as many tech reviewers and analysts say is more energy efficient than LCD.
Another factor affecting battery life is memory. Both use UFS 3.1 storage and while the X3 Pro does not mention the use of LPDDR, the F2 Pro does but I'm not so sure about the efficiency of those.
For the battery life, I'll give points to the X3 Pro just because it has a bigger battery life, though it probably wouldn't be a big difference. However, this website lists the F2 Pro as having better battery endurance so go with that.

BEN90, 12 Jun 2021Hei bro. What's even wrong with you? You ain't th... moreYou should be asking instead what is wrong with Xiaomi. I have a 256 GB Poco F2 Pro running on the latest software V12.2.6.0.RJKEUXM and it doesn't have the option to get rid of that stupid bottom center bar/line that chops off content. Apparently we have the same software version but Xiaomi's horrendous software support clearly shows UNDOCUMENTED variations. If that's not enough proof of poor software update support, I don't know what is.

12.2.5 also gives me absolutely no issues. Very fast with crazy battery life.
Maybe you're just unlucky and got a faulty one from the factory

Dani, 12 Jun 2021My device name is Poco f2 pro global version ( July patch) ... moreOk. That explains it. You have Android 10, the software the Poco F2 Pro launched on, so obviously, there is no Android 11 bottom center bar/line present. I'm talking about the horrendous Android 11 updates which are super buggy and ugly, with that stupid bottom center bar you can not get rid off and that chops off content. Been wanting to rollback to Android 10 (12.0.X.X) but Xiaomi doesn't allow you to rollback to Android 10 even with an unlocked bootloader.

Dani, 11 Jun 2021Well I have been using this phone for about 9 months now an... moreCan you tell me what specific Poco F2 Pro model you have and the exact MIUI software version? You can get it in settings - 'About phone'. Do include additional info like the sequence of letters and numbers after the 12.2.6. That way I'll know what region it is ans if it is official, stable, global MIUI software/ROM or another. I have factory reset my phone ans it doesn't appear. If the option is present in some Poco F2 Pro variants, and other users here with the exact same model/variant and software as yours can confirm the presence of that option then I can finally confirm if Xiaomi is giving other Poco F2 Pro users beta software officially disguised or labeled as 'Stable'. Another evidence of Xiaomi's horrible software support.

And I'd like to emphasize, I'm not talking about hiding the navigation bar in the Poco F2 Pro. I'm talking about hiding and getting rid of that bottom center bar (some call it a line) that's left chopping off bottom content when the Poco F2 Pro is in full screen display mode.
