Ali, 27 Aug 2023I am still using poco f2 pro. Recently, I have faced two is... moreas of now no brand can match this poco f2 pro specification or let's say type of build from inside thru the outside. im a fan of bezel less, no punch hole in screen, 8k video resolution. this phone can battle in any brand that released after this phone has been unleashed.
BEAST Snapdragon 865. For me with the newer chipset like 7+ gen 1 and above. that too much for a phone to handle.

                  Still using it.
I saw F5 Pro and nah. I'm still keeping and using my F2 Pro.
I have zero issues with it, everything still works as if it was new even the battery still charges and lasts long enough.

The only thing that happened was that I dropped it once and broke the screen, getting screen replaced was still possible!!!! as it is a very common panel. Now I have a brand new screen on an old awesome unique phone. Everytime I use face unlock somebody gets surprised that a camera pops up haha.

                  UNIQUE !!

Ali, 27 Aug 2023I am still using poco f2 pro. Recently, I have faced two is... moreThere are no more pop out selfie camera phones in 2023. You can embrace the selfie camera hole like I did even if I hated it. Once you accept the selfie camera hole, you have lots of options to replace the Poco F2 Pro. Among them, Samsung's latest flagship series which offer flagship grade processor and vastly better photos and videos (including 8K support), as well as better software support (4 years android version updates and 5 years security updates) and better photoediting software (Samsung's 'object eraser' is very useful to remove unwanted objects or distractions [like other people] in your photos).

Only one isue, battery not charging after 2 years.
Researched youtube, google... found what it was and fixed it myself with some small electrical tape to better push the contacts inside the phone... now it works perfectly!

I am still using poco f2 pro. Recently, I have faced two issues, screen flickering and yellowish discoloration for a second or less then back to normal. That was happening to me maybe for 3 or 4 times for the last 6 months. Now, I feel that, the phone wants to say something to me that I have to look for the alternative one!
My question is, in 2020 this phone was super regarding the value of specifications compared to the price!! Nowadays, which phoe can give this equation? Awesome full no hole display, flagship processor, camera that can give you 8k video, headphone jack, perfect battery, and etc....
Can you please guys recommend phones for me?
                          Thanks.

Keep in mind that anything related to Xiaomi is definitely a Gacha so there will be many people who are affected by the problem and also many who are never affected.

It's my 12th and most expensive Xiaomi phone but had lots of problems starting with non-battery charging on the first year, fingerprint failure on the second year, and finally bootloop and non-charging on the third year. No to Xiaomi phones ever again!

It's really weird. I read comments here and I have to look at my phone again to make sure it's this poco f2 pro that I've been using for years, with no glitches whatsoever. Phone is a monster

The cheaper Redmi Note 9 PRO released at the same time is probably receiving the last update with security patches June 2023. I wonder if POCO F2 PRO will also receive something else? The Chinese version was still supported in May 2023, some sources reported that POCO F2 PRO was to receive 14.0.2.0 EEA with fixes from June 2023, but so far silence. However, since RN 9 PRO is currently releasing, maybe they will release the last update on POCO soon.

I guess it's the way you guys use your phone or perhaps you usually soak it inside pot of soup and cook it on fire.

Or else why would such phone just die.. even the ones manufactured years back are still functioning fine here in Nigeria..
