Because I can't install miui_ALIOTHGlobal_V14.0.4.0.TKHMIXM on Poco F3 Global. Only other guy I know who manage to get OTA was part of their pilot program for previous Miui. XDA repository stated the rom is Beta recovery. So we likely need to wait 2 weeks at least for official Miui 14 for Global.

Miui 14 Android 13 is confirm available for global now. I don't have option to update yet but someone I know online has updated.

guys, i'm still on android 11 (custom lineageos 18.1 selfmade).. i never jump to higher versions of android that originally came with any smartphone. why ??? because the vendor partition never change. the updated framework in system partition on newer android version consume more power than older vetsion and so the phone becomes laggy !

Seems Android 13 Miui 14 is now avaible for EU and likely last major android update unfortunately. Early adopters please let rest of us Global users know how is it and any bugs you encounter

Those complain on gaming, your beloved game just doesn't optimize well for your smartphone, simply because there are newer more powerful smartphone come out and your smartphone is left behind, they update for better graphic, but your older smartphone doesn't powerful enough to support it. This is a non-ending chase, you will always feel you need to upgrade to a better smartphone. These are not about improvement, but they simply just use the latest hardware for development, left the old one behind.

I mean i bought this phone cause of the spec... moreSame, purchased it for the price-to-specs value. Wasn't expecting much when it came to software support in the first place so I gave it a almost a year on default MIUI then switched to Xiaomi.eu because MIUI 13 took too long.
Nowadays it's just a secondary phone for me but nevertheless it's still a solid phone for the price and with the huge custom ROM support available for it, it can last a good 2 or 3 more years.
If anyone's still using the default MIUI you should probably get that bootloader unlocked within a few months while you still can as POCO (or Xiaomi) is inevitably going to drop support for it.

I mean i bought this phone cause of the spec sheet.
Thankfully i didnt have the annoying bugs and problems that the ppl are talking about but i can nearly confirm that my next phone wont be a poco and most probably not a xiaomi in the first place ...
Has been a solid 2 years of use here tho nd probably it can go for another 1 year at least.

still no miui 14 update. I dont even know wtf is poco doing in these days. Very disappointed. Bought poco flagship phone and updates are later than midrange phones😂 wtf man i am not disappointed with updates this much before.

Poco X3 Pro is way better in terms of gaming and heat management... I used to play pubg a lot, it was never lag on Poco X3 Pro but in Poco F3 it lags in almost every time... From the company perspective Poco F3 is far superior than Poco X3 Pro but sadly in reality Poco F3 is worst than Poco X3 Pro...

Hey guys I've recently bought the f3 but somewhat am experiencing framedrops I've been researching online and I heard about optimising the phone for it to be fully stable am currently running on miui 13 and heard about updating game turbo what are necessary customisation that I should do from fresh out of the box to make the phone stable for Call of Duty Mobile ? Honestly I thought you just buy the phone update it then you are good to go and now am hearing about GPU turner settings anyone have an idea kindly
