Poco f3 8/256gb is a great phone for the money indeed... have one since they reach the market and i only leave it if it breaks or something like that.... Ist not so good for photos, but its great in all other things.

I upgraded from Huawei Y7 Prime to Poco F3 and this thing is a beast! I'm using it right now to type this comment. I use Xiaomi EU and the cameras are alright, good battery backup, and no lags or whatsoever. Definitely using this one until it breaks. Pretty good upgrade I must say!

To all of you guys who are writing paragraphs, perform a factory reset, disable ads while setting up your device,do not restore data from backup, set it up as new from the beggining, disable auto-start up apps and you will be fine. My Poco F3 runs perfect even now at EOL with HyperOS 1.0.3.

Ignore all these people saying OS is bad and all that, For 150$ Used it perfoms better, doesnt lag, charges in under an hour, decent cameras and really good perfomance for its price and i also have a samsung a15 and Poco F3 is a beast compared to it, if u want a Phone that doesnt lag on games, dont care alot abt software os updates and to have decent camera this one is a bargain, pubgm 60fps, codm 90fps basically it runs most games smoothly, dont buy a new midranger it even outperforms samsung a55s, and redmi note 13 pro pluses u wont regret it

Never was one of those guys saying that poco/xiaomi updates are trash and get your phone to act slower... UNTIL i updated to hyperOS which brought a lot of problems with it. At 1st didnt notice any change but as the days passed i started noticing App lagging (not always) but occasionaly the apps (maps and google mainly) freeze and the only way to unfreeze them is to restart the phone which is mind boggling.
I guess the problem is software related, thats why am leaning to dive into the custom rom life now since i would like to use my phone until it dies, the only things holding me back is that i use my phone for banking+ i have 0 experience when it comes to custom roms...

kilohearts, 18 Jun 2024After nearly three years of use, my F3 is still in good sha... moreWell, 2 months after I posted this. Now I have overheating issue when mobile data turned on. The temperature will spike then the mobile data connection become very slow. By slow I mean VERY slow. I can't even load google page completely and then the phone become very laggy.
I got this problem just last week, at the same time after my phone received HyperOS auto update. I'm not 100% sure if it happen because of HyperOS because it was fine for 2 days after the update then the issue happen. But wouldn't be surprised if it is since lots of people having issues with HyperOS as well.

I play Mobile Legends a lot on mine as well, albeit at low-medium settings
It usually lasts me around 6-8 matches of ranks before going below 15%
Now, I will mention that the battery on mine is at 71% battery health, as per ACCU and isn't the best backup so depending on the battery condition of the phone you're looking to get or do get. It could be better or worse.
When it comes to this phone, battery is going to be your only concern cause it's A+ in every other aspect.

Hi everyone, my ~ 3 and a half yrs old poco f3 is starting to act weird. Around 50% battery the phone starts to slow down and i mean SLOW unusable typeof situation. Opening maps or anything and am stuck in the logo, i go back to the "home" on phone and come back to the app and it is open but unresponsive.. but once i plug in the charger everything changes. The phone is back to normal i dont even notice any stutters. My only explanation is the battery degraded so much that it cant keep up with the other hardware.
If anyone else has any idea on the issue or the fix for it, pls share it with us. Thanks in advance

if you're coming from a low end device user buy it it has decent cameras and plays pubg and codm well and codm 90fps
