stopped working after 2 years and 9 months. Just a white screen. Support said I need to change the motherboard, but it is very expensive.

I have some issues with this phone when i open google maps(gps) this phone keep restarting and after a month this phone can on stuck at logo and die

At first mine didn't turn on, I don't know what the real cause might be a motherboard problem like other people. And a few months later it lit up again. And after 6 or 8 months of use to be exact after updating to MiUi 13 it freezes from time to time and the last freeze on the home screen and it dies due to a screen timeout of 15 seconds and never turns on again. I think the problem this time is due to a glitch or bug in the software. It cannot be turned on even by force restart.

Four customers have brought this phone to me with motherboard problems. I hate this phone, really as a repair technician, I do not recommend buying this phone. It has given many problems and the main one is 'Spontaneously shutting down doing any task' and then not turning on or it also turns on but freezes at the POCO logo. Tremendous specs, bad phone, should only be used for everyday things however for the price it is not optimal.

After 3 years of being dropped everyday, rom being flashed periodically, the phone still rocks! Ok support on xda! I play gachas and use gps navigation for a couple of hours a day, battery lasts the whole day. Once, i dropped it on the road and a car ran over it; had to change the camera glass buying one on internet, but apparently I broke the focus mechanism. After a week it started to work again!
However the MIUI version shipped with the phone is atrocius.

I've had this phone for a solid three years and its performance hasn't degraded at all! I get the occasional ghost touch but I suspect that's a faulty digitizer issue due to misuse. Its battery life is still solid, but I'm not a power user.

Anyone here using the phone more than one year with no issues after replace motherboard or repairing? Is it worth it repairing it. This device never disappointed me with the performance, day to day tasks

My poco X3 pro died today, PMIC problem, this pphone have a serial issue the overheating and the PMIC, so dont buy this in 2024-2025 anymore, its a very good phone, but old, not get software updates, or anything, but its still a very good price - performance phone, but its too old to risk buy one, and getting bricked after a few days.

ThePervert69, 04 Oct 2023I've been late to post, this marks my 2 years of usage... morebeen with me for 3 years now since September 14 2021. Last month my phone's touch response was not functional, while playing nikke. My phone also has dead pixels now, it started on may and it was very small on the very top of the front camera, fast forward to today it has spread one a pixel wide scar into 1/4 of the vertical screen length, and a one front camera wide dead pixels spreading to the right side og the screen.
About the touch response not working, I consulted with a technical and had my phone test another lcd and low and behold the screen touch doesn't work. Mother board issue he diagnosed. now I'm currently using my poco x3 pro. How you ask? By plugging in a type c otg with a mouse. I'm currently typing this on a mouse.
Still good to use, I carry a mouse every where now. Currently playing nikke and blue archive. No issues in those games, can edit videos, and can't to do essay and document project/assignments now.
