My device battery dropped only 1% while sleeping at night (12 am to 8 am). My SoT is now over 10 Hours and the overheating issue has also been fixed now. Xiaomi has made this device a true flagship killer with the latest software updates.

    For those of you complaining about battery drain, try to disable printing services (including Xiaomi Home). If you see no positive effect on battery consumption or if it prevents you from using certain resources, then just revert it back.
    Note: these settings can possibly be automatically reenabled after OS update.

      I've received the 1.0.7 update and I've got to say that battery life, especially when in standby has significantly improved. This update also seems to make the device less prone to overheating. The optimisations are slowly coming in and this one was the biggest one so far, i hope there's room left for even further optimisations

None of whatever you mention - for some odd reason - is present in any form or shape. The Camera is good. Charging is excellent. No heating issues. Great screen. Good speakers. No processor issues and obviously plenty of power. It is not a flagship but value for money it is unbitable.

                  Astra, 21 Mar 2024Do not buy this phone the processer is unstable and laggy a... moreMaybe it is due to the Mediatek Dimensity processor, many apps is not optimized well on it, be it the similar HyperOS, the Snapdragon processor POCO phone feel faster on apps with much less hiccup. Well, some apps that being optimized well has no problem.

                    This is my battery usage under very intensive usage with 4G turned on, YouTube as a music player in the background, my usual FB with reels, messenger, WhatsApp and web browsing usage and a couple of hours watching YouTube videos.
                    4G instead of 5Ghz WiFi or WiFi 6 has a very noticeable impact on battery but SoT it's still very good after updating.
                    Before 1.0.6.0 I could only get about 7.5 hours under this very same usage from 100% down to 25% but now it only drops to 50% after the same 7.5 hours.

                      Do not buy this phone the processer is unstable and laggy and battery life is bad because of it it over heat and I already sent it to be fixed after only 2 weeks and a half

                          It is funny those talked about lack of WiFi 6E and 7 without knowing the actual usage impact. Of course I know more is better, but started with 2x2 MIMO WiFi 5, the benchmark speed is not slow at all. Clearly for this price point, it is due to cut cost, which is reasonable, but WiFi 6 is not slow, just not faster than WiFi 6E/7. For real life usage, you probably won't feel any different 99% of the time if your house WiFi router is strong and also if the X6 Pro reception is strong, and 100% no impact on YouTube and Netflix streaming, of course I'm talking about just the 5Ghz band, and with Xiaomi's/POCO smartphone, they have among the best WiFi reception compared to other brand at similar price point. So, unless you do benchmarking and also do really big file transfer, you probably don't feel any different. Also speaking on public WiFi, many still not fully utilize WiFi 6 up to 20% of performance. Hotel, Starbuck, subway, many still stick with 2.4Ghz.
