Now you're saying it's the worst phone and Samsung is better? Lmao, are you for real? I doubt you even own this phone anyway.

If you pay attention, it all started with the Poco X3 GT → X6 Pro → X7 Pro, all featuring second-tier Dimensity chips (8xx vs. 9xx) with the best bang for the buck. Plus, the MTK Engineering Mode eliminates the need for most "root" functions. For example, it allows replacing the MAC address and IMEI, which is not available on any Snapdragon chipset except for Nexus, Pixel, or other Google reference devices (which can only replace MAC, not IMEI).

I am a Samsung big fan. But decided not to pay 1200 USD for new phone this time. Just upgraded from S20 Ultra (which is a great strong phone). I am using the poco x7 pro 3 weeks. After arranging it, and using video from youtube "15 tips to stop battery drain" I can tell you its 85% of the S25 spes for 1/3 of price (in my country its sold for 385 USD) i play modern warships ans asphalt and modern war tanks- its perfect. I hope it will las 3 years. Lets see

I don't want to offend anyone but how did you even manage to fry the soc such that it rendered the phone unusable? From my personal experience, it happened because I use the phone multiple times while charging and literally play demanding games while doing so which generated so much heat that by using Xiaomi fps counter from developer options, the temperature reach a staggering 50-53 celcius which is very hot considering it's an old midrange phone with power efficient chip (Snapdragon 732G). So the only logical reasoning that I can think of is that most and I mean MOST people that have motherboard or overheating etc problems is probably the type of people that use their phone that way for prolonged gaming sessions which I used to do with the same phone btw. After a generous 2 years of using that phone the cpu melt causing it to be unusable in some department such as camera and graphical demanding task such that it boot the phone the moment I do this thing. One thing to consider is that some other poco old phones such as the x3 pro used a 2 y/o soc (at that time if I'm not mistaken) which might contribute to the reason as to why so many people have problems with the exact model plus the majority of people buying it would abuse the system like the way that I do. Long gaming sessions and after 4-5 hours of playing, I plugged the charger in at around 10-20 percent and then continued to play for a good 3 hours again while charging which I can clearly assume be the reasoning of my phone melted motherboard. It's the poco x3 NFC btw.
Yes my phone is not the pro variant and of course I use gfx to boost PUBG to smooth extreme settings but if you do the same thing as I did to any other phone even flagship, given enough time it will break something inside I guarantee that. (Aside from phones with bypass charging)
Nowadays though I don't think such a problem would occur as often as the x3 series. Having better cooling systems, a better appropriate soc with balance power and heat management, bigger and more durable battery that can last your gaming sessions a lot longer, a more power efficient display, a hell of a lot better software optimization might contribute to a better phone. All of this variables are available in the x7 series which is good.
But again you can't just applied the same thing to every other phone and assumed it behave the same way as the other. AGAIN I POINTED IT OUT THAT THERE'S SO MUCH VARIABLES IN PLAY. I am planning to buy this phone though to play a fairly demanding games such as CARX DRIFT RACING 3 which had almost the same core design as CARX STREET which is very demanding.
Again I'm sorry if I'm saying bunc of bs because I'm just spitting things that I went through. The price justification of this phone is unbeatable I swear. For this price range, do you guys have any other alternatives to suggest? Thanks for having time to read this tho😁

Do poco phone still have deadboot issues like the X3 pro? I want to buy this phone but i am scared that it will only last 2-3 years like my X3 pro that died after 2 years.
Do you think this phone can last at least 3-5 years?
