Redmi 4X phone is not receiving calls sometimes. This happening often and later I received a SMS notif by mentioning that I have missed calls. The other side person is receiving the message as that my phone is not available.

Worst phone that I ever had. Charger dead after 2months. Phone becomes hot if wifi hot spot is on. Light sensor working but amount of light don t affect to screen light. Only after update stoped freezing screen, i couldn t answer on call. No one update could fix the bug, can t see home wifi only after reboot see it and connect to it. Somethime it connect to other wi fi networks in city but not show it (that is wifi connected). Somethime all night on charger, battery only full 30 % i check on other charger same story. Run away from xiami redmi 4x this us my first and last xiaaomi its miles behind my huawei 9 lite.

Value for money is just 10/10. But it's a shame that Xiaomi started making huge phones like everyone else, I wish their still made compact 16:9 5 inch phones, not stupid 19.5:9 phones

Good phone but why is it still stuck on Noughat. No security patches since November 2018. My old Nokia phones are running Pie with monthly security updates. Just got March patch. Why doesn't Redmi give even quarterly updates ?

I was a samsung user previously. But in 2017 i jumped to my alltime favourite Xiaomi brand & since then i have been using my most lovable Xiaomi Mi Redmi 4. The phone is still running like a charm & as fast as it was running during it's launching. Battery back up is fantastic, i play heavy games like asphalt 8 airborne, coverfire, Modern combat 5, shadow fight series & pubg & u cann't believe this phone is handling the high end games at a buttey smooth touch. I love both "Xiaomi Mi & Qualcomm Snapdragon". I have picked a lot of high quality photos with Mi Redmi 4 got appreciated for beautiful snaps with Mi Redmi 4. It's now 2019 & still i'm using it with android naugat 7.1.2. I'm very happy with my most lovable phone.

Bought one for my son as his first smartphone. An absolute steal for the price. Fast enough, plenty of storage, decent screen and camera. The user interface is quite different to stock Android but you get used to it. It's hard to find fault for £100 brand new.
