How can you expect everything from nothing. Xiaomi like companies are reluctant to introduce good devices to the society just because of this nature. If you want more go for Samsung s8, LG V30 or the Mate 10. I don't intend to hurt or insult anyone but facts are always facts and no one can and should deny that. Good Luck.

Hello readers, the
Snapdragon 625 of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 can only support
a display resolution upto 1920 x 1200 pixels at
60fps. But in reality Xiaomi managed the device to support 2160 x 1080 pixels through pixel
upscaling methods which would obviously result in
poor image quality and would consume more
battery. The upscaling algorithm would also
consume a sizeable portion of device's memory,
since it has to reside in the RAM permanently for
the display to function. Moreover, this algorithm would naturally slow
down the processor and GPU which would obviously
result in poor performance of the device in games
and video playback.

I was planning to sell my 4x in exchange for this one but I realized 5 Pro's coming soon. Then I came back here and the spec's also good------now I'm torn between getting this device or to wait for the release of 5 Pro in PH. Well, let's just see first if how much will it cost at Lazada can give my final verdict.

I just updated to this phone after using RN4. I am just blown away buy this phone due to its price. Display quality is top notch specially when you set its contrast to high. Black levels are more then 100 percent better as compared to old one. Speaker loudness is bang even much better then mi A1 because it has much better mids. Audio output is also better then previous one. Feels much slimmer and really looks good with pouch given with this handset. Selfie is little bit improved and front led flash improves overall quality. Rear camera is newer this time with 1.25um pixel size which translates into crisper photo quality. I am more then satisfied as Xioami as gone through every aspect of the phone and yes icons are charm to look at with gradient effects and better colors. Its biggest bang for the buck.

I upgrade from note 3 pro. The battery is the good part of the phone. Looking forward to note 5 pro.
