These complains must be either from bots,trolls or idiots that bought them clones because they are to cheap. I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 since its release, yesterday I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi 9A because it was the perfect opportunity for me to experience the phone first hand because I've always wanted to know. And to my surprise I've ended up being pissed with Samsung. My galaxy A12 quad camera is 64megapixel and my Xiaomi is 13megapixel. But Xiaomi quality of the pictures are better. My " is 4gb ram and 64gb storage. BUT Xiaomi is 2gb ram and 32 GB storage. It's hard to tell apart. Gaming experience Xiaomi wins. Samsung gets very heated if background processors are not individually turned off. So Samsung charges more money just because of its name. Don't get me wrong the Galaxy A12 is a great entry level phone it deserve a spot in the bigger league . But Xiaomi surprised the hell out of me I am happy and my upgrade from Samsung is going to be Xiaomi in a few months Def!

The Redmi 9T failed to start after 6 months. All recovery attempts have failed.
I am unable to claim warranty as we changed countries after purchase. All attempts to contact Xiaomi have failed or have been poorly handled without solution.
My experience has resulted in wasted time and money.
I CAN NOT recommend this company or it’s product neither Xiaomi support or their after sales service.

I have a unit of redmi 9 and it can be said as price it is good because it is cheap and beautiful, because it has a helio G80 chipset which we already know is a gaming chipset and good news type C that it is future proof also it is already 1080 Display so you can watch netflix more clearly on this phone, all in all my rate on redmi 9 is 9/10
