The Redmi 9T failed to start after 6 months. All recovery attempts have failed.
I am unable to claim warranty as we changed countries after purchase. All attempts to contact Xiaomi have failed or have been poorly handled without solution.
My experience has resulted in wasted time and money.
I CAN NOT recommend this company or it’s product neither Xiaomi support or their after sales service.

I have a unit of redmi 9 and it can be said as price it is good because it is cheap and beautiful, because it has a helio G80 chipset which we already know is a gaming chipset and good news type C that it is future proof also it is already 1080 Display so you can watch netflix more clearly on this phone, all in all my rate on redmi 9 is 9/10

Redmi 9 is a decent smartphone with good camera but lack of one important features - it does not have image / video stabilization feature i.e. shaky video...very sad..

the best cellphone in my opinion, at a fairly cheap price with decent specifications.
this is really good
I use the 4/64 variant as my second cellphone, and it works normally

There's nothing wrong with the handset
Redmi 9 is a super valued midrange phone which can handle even the biggest games in playstore like genshin impact.
Only problem with the device is software (MIUI) if you could flash a custom ROM which are widely available for this phone this problem is 100% solved because Redmi 9 is the only device I could find offering a really good hardware for this price. Wonderful experience for 1 year.

Hopeless bullshit . Two redmi 9 devices I bought ,failed in the 4th and 5th months. Sri Lankan Agent says "Software problem " But no solution so far. My Xiaomi Note 4 bought in 2016 still works good despite the battery . Taking it as a sample we bought 3 Redmi 9 devices. But two failed . I shall never recommend this to anyone .

Great for a daily driver but has a lot of problems, miui isn't optimize for gaming, heats up a lot and then freezes. If your looking for a midrange gaming phone don't buy this but if ur looking for a daily driver phone then this phone surely is great.

still a good phone 1 year later works perfect have many casual games loaded and never any problems.. for this money the value is insane
