just bought 2.5months back,was just working resanobly when all of sudden battery doesnt charge and took around 14hrs for30%charge and crashes down within few minutes,bluetooth and wifi strenght is also too poor ,given for services and the service centre says THERE'S A HARD WARE ISSUE WITH THE BATTERY CIRCUIT THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED UNDER WARRANTY ,but saddening that this is my 1st redmi phone and needing to be opened so soon.Worst BUdget phone ,i've used micromax,Lava,Samsung ,Panasonic ,Asus ,Gionee series SMART PHONES and among all, this is seeming to be the WORST

Kamal , 31 Jan 2020No they are different Hmm. I saw windows getting confused and fail to copy data when I gave two phones the same name. Thought that your router might have the same issue. I honestly don't know what it could be now.

I have purchased redmi note 8 few days ago...although the phone is great....but the battery back up is not upto the mark...it hardly gives me 1 day...and whenever i start taking photos it drains battery just like hell...is it normal?? Or mine is faulty??
