The last night I was playing cod mobile and I fell sleeped and 1hours ago I woke up and look my phone that was on for 8huors please make it true I want to say that the phone with no touch turned on for 8huors

The worst phone I've had. Screen and icon lags. Camera lags. Touch an icon and get taken to another screen. All contacts disappeared even tho were backed up but couldn't retrieve and had to delete gmail from phone and reinstall to get them back. Apps keep crashing. Have tried all suggestions such as clearing cache and data and installing from Miui and not Google playstore and seems only resolution is to reset to factory settings. The phone isn't even 4 months old yet! Waste of money and my nerves!

I have this phone and its the best. The only problem is that the startup takes long time.(better than my old phone Nokia 2.1 which it didin't even respond)

Hello everyone.I have a problem with contacts,when I create new contact,it doesent give me a option to save on SIM.I tried with all Youtube tutorials,but mine phone doesent have an option Show Sim contacts.

Viewing videos on all other apps are so blurry and with low quality, please how can I fix this.

I`m very satisfied with phone for it`s price, it`s ultrafast really, and fits all my neeeds.
I have weird issue with 64Mpix camera, color shift issue actually. When i took photo of a person with pink-rose shirt color where the same on phone screen. But when i transfered photo on my Samsung S7 and on my Dell ultrasharp(factory calibrated) monitor shirt is more like red, not like in reallity or on Xiaomi`s screen. Like there is some issue with sRGB specs.
Is someone having same issues, color shifts? Not dramatic issue, but when you want color accuracy on the other persons screen will be different color.

It seems you may have got a bad apple. It happens, i bought 2 Mi Max 2 that worked perfectly. I bought a Mi Max 3 and after a month it developed an issue were a part of the screen was not responding. I bought a second Mi max 3 and that has been going fine for more than a year now. That is how things go. Sometimes you get one of those devices.

I bought mi note 9 pro on Dec 5 2021, from a mi store and after 4,5 days it started hang and sometimes automatically switched off. Whenever i visited customer care they replued me due to updation of software even i already updated. Many times i face problem of voice, battery as well as hang or show black/nothing on the screen

I don't know why haters complain so much about this cell phone? I’ve had it for months and I don’t have any problems with the software, with the dust in the lenses, with the connectivity because everything works perfectly. I don't have a single problem with this cell phone. I had a Samsung A51 before and replaced it with this phone and it was the best decision of my life because the phone is perfect.

The specs are kind of good for the prices, but the software.. Meh.. Just an example, compare a camera quality of this device with Realme 6 Pro even Realme XT. The result just like heaven and earth despite it have SAME SENSOR. Not talking about dozens of bug in MIUI 12 knowing the fact that they even didn't update the OS, only UI.. But the level of bugs is unbelievable. I report through their forum, and guess what.. I've been banned.

gioahla, 29 Jan 2021Mine too.It is very annoying.Is it software or hardware problem?they said its the hardware problem those solutions in the internet wont fix it properly so just visit the center with your warranty and return your phone there.
