I bought a YU YUPHORIA on Android (buffed steel) through Amazon in Oct 2015. It started giving trouble like not functioning of touch screen, Call not connecting, Speaker on off at his sweet will, low and unclear voice, in the month of April 2016. After spending so much time in tracing the service centre, ultimately when today I contacted the service centre run by Micromax firstly the executive asked me whether this handset has fallen. Speaking truthfully I advised since it is not, Moreover I keep it in Plastic cover. He took sometime and after sometime the other executive told flatly that since it is damaged it is not under warranty and I had to pay Rs.2500/- for that. When I asked that the other executive who first attended the handeset in my presence had not told so, he rudely refused to listen and returned the handset in an open condition. however lateron when asked to close the handset he very unwillingly done that but rfefused to listen. He further told that I can approach wherever I want. Totally disstisfied with the Yuphoria phone and specifically its service centre run by Microman.
Will company listen and set the the things right.

Use CM 12.1 custom rom... better battery back up....No thermal issues.... better interface

Totally disturbed... It is not working sometimes.. Automatically.. Switch off,,while using touch buttons are hidden..,not supporting MX player,in gallery.,multimedia apps...etc...heating very fast.sensor is turning off before dialling. and after a call..then Need to press power button... So please...please clear.these. N.update...for the pleasure of customers...

It s a nice phne its since 1 month from purchase n its working nice if u r a person who have to just operate anything smoothely it s excellent phone as it could create problems for those who want extraordinary phones it has only sound problem that's it

the phone has a heating problem and the phone is having the ringing problem after some time of when we brought it but now the sound is not coming to the vedio , audio and the phone is not ringing even after the new update is done to phone.

I'm also an yu user I dono y, the phone was gud at starting usage and then now phone is getting some multiple problems like speakers stop automatically, phone wake up after five six seconds when phone call comes and many don't no whether yu will clear this problems or not..

I purchased the yuphoria smartphone in June 2015 but it has some problem like phone switch off automatically. Some updated application such as Facebook and messanger did not support to this phone. Contacts above 500 do not copy.There are some other issue so don't buy this such phone in future anybody. This is useless phone. Service Center is also not support to customer satisfactory.

its a good phn.. but there r few prblms like automatically it get switched off. there is no hanging prblm .....

My mobile had stopped working and in the warranty period. I submitted it on 9th March for repair and I had to run to pillar to post to get the work done. Finally it reached me only on May 7th. Horrible experience. The company should learn to address the issues of the customer

raja, 03 May 2016i have the same problem E,S,Z letters are not working. if... moreI too face some problme some words are not working from past few days toataly touch has been not working for sometime then some hours.. And now some days its not working .... Totally disappointed with YU .. And am on anger on yuphoria
