fraud company..
they never gave back your phone..
7 months till now... even spend my phone balance minimum 1000 rupees till now ...
Very Very Worst service they Don't Gave phone back as they says i gave my phone to them for repair today 6 month 27 Days till the day i can't my phone back so plz don't buy any kind of product like yuphoria or Yureka

Pls pls pls pls don't ever buy this mobile. It is the worst mobile i have ever purchased. Within 2 days after purchasing, occurrence of heating issue, battery drains pretty fast.

This phone is total bad.....hanging problem is occurred.... And heating also.....battery backup is not good...

i bought yu yuphoria 5010A on jan 11. 2016 it works for a week good then heating issue araised nd whenever saw the pictures there is blue light blinking on the back ground on the phone nd then serviced my phone... no result after that.............
i suggested to all dont go for yuphoria mobiles..... so many issues araising

Never buy yu phone service is so bad.
My yuphoria submited on 23 feb till now not disptch.
Servie centers people evry tym lyieng and wait for next 7 days.
Never buy yu mobile
Till now i have also spend my phone balance minimum four five hundred.

This is the best phone in 7000, lots of customization is there. After update all the bugs are fixed, I love this phone.

Yu yuphoria mobile is very good performance & good cell phone but service center & coustomer care service is very slow
My cell phone 8months old. But automatic touch not access .
& I go service center .service center 30-45days replace provide him

I have been using this phone for a year.... Best phone I ever had
Clear pics. No hanging probs. Even got it rooted and so easy to root. Touch is good. Good customisation and of course the all time best cyanogen themes. I would definitely recommend.sometimes it heats but that's ok. It doesn't shows that much problems. The only feature it lacked as I thought is the led notifications which are on redmi2 prime. All over very good experience

I bought my YU smart phone on 20 Jan. 2016 and when I buy yuphoria YU 5010 model I face lots of problems, like battery backup, hanging problems, hitting problems and some times when I use yuphoria message arrive unfortunately gallery is stoped,file manager stop, setting stop, mx player stop and hang yuphoria then after when I remove battery and switch on yuphoria then I done work sometimes that continues process. Before fourth to fourth five days I sent my mobile in service station for battery's problem and he call me your mobile is we sent in company for replacement and after 25 days my mobile came after replacement and I show that's old phone second in hand, useable phone and I told to employer who is there so he told me yureka company is not replaced new handset and that was very damage phone. I request you to please please please you don't buy yuphoria and any other yureka company' s mobile.if you want to buy yureka so I request you to please buy any China company's phone it batter than yureka yuphoria mobile.no waste money for yuphoria and yureka' s service it to bad and it's service station provide to poor service to the customer. I want to upload my phone recording with yureka about it's service in social media and internet, after listening that you known real facts of yureka, yuphoria and all YU mobile. So my finally requeste is don't buy YU and don't waste your money.

We have use this phone since one month only,start the some problem is heating,hanging,slow etc,bad customer care service so don't buy this.

This Moblile Is So Good In Features But I think The Design of this phone is so bad and this phone have a one biggest problem whem u using this phone in internet its going so heating so heating..

Its a good phone with great body design and cynogen os12
But yureka has only cynogen is 11 .
Pls don't plug charger for 6-8 hours only plug for 2 hours
It has fastest charging system than any other phones
It has warm screen compared to yureka that is why its getting heat fastly yureka has cold screen
Charge the phone only after it is below 10%
