nubia Z40 Pro will be unveiled on February 25
ZTE's nubia has been teasing the Z40 Pro since last month, and we finally know that the smartphone will be unveiled next week - on February 25. The launch event will be held in China and begin at 2PM local time.
We don't have the Z40 Pro's detailed specs sheet yet, but nubia has already confirmed a few features of the smartphone, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and a Sony IMX787 sensor paired with a 35mm lens.
The unit will also have OIS and omni-directional autofocus claimed to reduce image distortion by 35%, gather 80% more light, and improve the picture clarity by 78%.
nubia Z40 Pro camera sample shared by company execAdditionally, the nubia Z40 Pro will have a 300x better heat dissipation coefficient for sustained performance, and it will be the first commercially available Android smartphone to feature wireless magnetic charging.
With the event still over a week away, you can expect nubia to reveal a few more features of the Z40 Pro in the lead-up to the official unveiling.
