I knew they were doomed when they can out with windows os for phones. Worst expierence ever. Microsoft should stick too Xbox and PCs. That is all, and please shut down those Apple wanna be stores.

I had migrated to W10M (on a Lumia of course) from Android, and relishing it. MS will continue development of W10M because of Surface phone, so no worries. I will stick to it.
I may pick up a L650at rock-bottom price.

This is so shameful and not what you'd expect from any self respecting company.
I got the 950 XL based on all the bells and whistles they (Microsoft/Megalie) they kept blowing about what they plan to do and how they will change... then THEY drop their own manufacturing line in less than 18 months and the only company wasting time on them is HP with their $800 device that will SURE fail and I think ALCATEL has made or in the process of making one or two devices.
Now looking at these facts, it's not just clear we got fooled by Microsoft, it's also clear this rubbish is dead... Surface, Universe or whatever lie you will come up with (even if I got paid to get it, not had to pay for it) there's no way to do it again.

Windows 10 mobile will be released to Lumias for a long time. Nothing to worry about that. Microsoft shall not drop its phone division, I won't believe they will. But they will give out at least 2 phones same like Apple. Those companies share two much identities in technology industry.

I feel bad for all those UWP developers if they suffer the same fate as Blackberry devs..

Lumia brand never had any future with MS because it's identified with Nokia too much. I am thinking, and this is my personal opinion, Microsoft should shut down the mobile division completely. With Xbox division not doing all that well and Win10 not being anywhere near as popular as MS anticipated, it's only reasonable to shut down the branch that brings so many losses. Problem is, recently Microsoft and reason don't go in the same sentence very well, so probably not going to happen.

I know this will happen one day that's why I sold my Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and kept 730 with me because that is my & Nokia's last mobile with Nokia logo. I Love Nokia, their design, quality and durability. But I like the performance of Windows Phones over the Android. There was no way to switch to iPhone because of over price. Finally switch to OnePlus 3 and enjoying, it's too good phone in this price, I Love it.

There willnever ever be any "Surface" phone from Microsoft! Microsoft already today focus more on developing their apps for Android and iOS, so Windows 10 Mobile will probably end completly within 2 years! Windows 10 Mobile anniversary update made my Lumia 640 totally unusable, while Windows Phone 8.1 was just fine, smooth and lagfree...!

Good. Microsoft aren't worthy of the Lumia brand anyway. They should do the right thing and give it back to Nokia.

they declared all 1 GB RAM lumias will get win 10, then they took U turn & here I am still waiting for win 10, now why should anybody wait for windows?? they have already lost the trust of win lovers 2nd time. Good bye....I will like to switch to iphone. I guess they are Immortals.
