PureView is nothing than a number, Are you saying that MP has something to do with better image quality? Then why don't Hollywood start to make movies with PureView? LOL because MP only for bigger image not better and i just read about Chinese camera has 64MP, To get bigger MP only increase linear resolution will give bigger MP BUT no increase in constant quality!
Nokia is old news, No one cares about Nokia anymore and they are bleeding money and eventually will file bankruptcy and this is a fact!

I don't think these ppl were expecting a smartphone.
I think they where expecting samsung to release a high end PC squeezed into a tiny body.
most of you had unrealistic expectations about the specs and design. 4gb ram for what? for what huh? +350 ppi for what? 12mp camera for what? are you gna print billboards?
the phone in my opinion is good. its what I was expecting. not a super computer inside a phones body. and the phone is not ugly. at best its plain looking. far from ugly. if you want ugly look at vertu.
and for all of you crying about the design. go pic up a pen and paper. lets see you do a better job. go on, see if you can come up with a better design.
and samsung didn't fail with this phone they did a good job. the only ones who failed are the ppl who had over exaggerated expectations from this device.

Shame about the plastic casing. On the other hand this phone is better than everything else on the market. Closest contender available just now is One X but with no microsd slot falls short. I'm glad Samsung understand that people who have bought microsd cards for previous phones want too continue to use them in new phones. Storage will never be a problem with this phone. 50gb drop box up to 64gb internal and microsd. HTC need to up there game.

Some time ago I TOLD you that this phone will be a victim of rumors. People dream having 8gb ram with octo-core 6.5Gb CPUs and 2GB Video cards, jelly displays and all sorts of materials. Lower your expectations, don't be a blind (and ignorant) fanboi and you'll like it.

I wonder why they didn't go with the HD Super Amoled Plus even with a Pentile matrix...HD Super Amoled Plus is better than HD Super Amoled right? They could have used the same screen technology on the galaxy tab 7.7 instead of following the one on the note and the nexus.
