Love my Note 2, hate Touchwiz. If the Huawei comes skinless aka pure jellybean I would be VERY tempted, otherwise the Note 2 is the best phone device currently, eats APPLES 3 times a day; breakfast, lunch and supper.

The main problem with these so called- Galaxy note competitors or phablets is the lack of wacom type stylus. They either just use rubber head stylus or no stylus at all.

I will change my mind from getting a Note II to Huawei only if they provide the same software features as in the Note II. Otherwise Note II is the best for me Even if I may have to pay extra for it

Please do some research before writing shit, It was Nokia who invented true multitasking in Meego with N9 in 2010

China phones cannot have strong security. Their government will not allow it. Read about BlackBerry's experience in China and you'll see what I mean. Their oppressive communist government wants the option to spy on users available to them. So Chinese mobile companies can't develop the expertise, skills to make secure phones.

The idea of phablet first made by samsung and they invented "S Pen". S pen is the most inter active stylus ever found on a smartphone/tablet/phablet. And samsung invented what is the "true" multitasking on a portable device. LG tried to beat samsung, but everytime they just failed. No wonder samsung is now making most profits from their truely excellent gadgets. GALAXY S series and Note series is just "awesome".

Unless they use a foldable screen THIS IS a tablet already. Compete with the Galaxy Tab. Then again it's a Huawei (is this Chinese for "who cares"?)

They have to work very hard on Spen and software side.

Note 2 is awesome, 1080P screen doesn't save them.

What the heck? Is your pocket big enough to carry a 6.1 inches phone? I don't know but it looks weird to carry a unusually humongous phone, this is just plain ridiculous. If you're looking for a tablet, go for it, if you're looking for a smartphone, then go get it, just stop combining smartphones and tablets together.

Apple did. back then 3.5in. was the perfect size. then androids come with 4in. displays, what did apple do? go with the bandwagon and made 4in. too and then claim it is the prefect size. ridiculous.

No support or update or whatever, a totally uninteresting device. I just came here to see why this useless news got so many comments, and all i find is samsung haters. Enjoy your Huawei man, and good luck with your realitycheck if you seriously think this is a Note 2 competitor. If it was, why are their existing models not already outselling Samsung worldwide? Its because only special people like you will buy it.
