Do not upgrade, yet ! This is not a joke.
Only problems:
1. huge lag on unlock screen (between 3-7 seconds or more)
2. freeze when the phone receive calls or when you end calls
3. battery is discharging very fast (even on standby battery do not last more than 10-12 hours)
4. bugs, bugs, bugs..... ex: download manager keep telling me that finished downloads which were finished long time ago.
To much disadvantages comparing with advantages.

Updated yesterday. Great. Quick and smooth. Apart from download manager that download the same stuff over and over again.

Warning! Do NOT update!
Reports are coming in left, right and centre of constant issues. Primarily, it's much slower and certain default apps do not work, such as the alarm.
Not everyone may face these issues, but if you don't, you can bet you'll run into another problem.
